Eren's POV:

Reiner had eventually dropped me off at Levi's. It was 1am. I let myself in quietly. I was surprised to see Kuchel on the couch.

"Hey," she knew where I was so it wasn't a shock she answered the way she did. I always tell her when I get there and when I leave, "I'm hoping you won."

"Of course I did." I sat on the stool in the kitchen and leaned my elbows on the counter. She was making black tea which I knew only could be for Levi.

"He told me you were coming. Just bring this up for him." I found it funny how he was such a mama's boy. But I don't blame him. I know they both take advantage of their time together. It's definitely made him less cold as a person. He's still Levi but it's like he has twice the emotion he used to. Could also be because of his age. Let's not forget how I was in fact a teenager and he was well in his 30's. Different times though back then. It wasn't as looked down upon. Now, Levi could literally be arrested for that. Honestly, there's a lot more creeps in this world than there used to be. So I'm all in favor of it to be honest. I thought I was pretty smart for making Levi the same age though. I just figured I'd have more time with him. I wasn't expecting all these laws in 2020, I mean we were living in the 850's for god's sake. "How much did you make?"

"$800."

She gasped. "They must've really liked you."

"Kenny said it was probably because of my 'good looks'," I said with air quotes.

"Of course," she rolled her eyes, "perverts. Well, I'm glad you're okay."

"Me too." I nodded and stood up with his cup in my hand. Levi told me this cup was a gift from Historia. I was a bit annoyed that I wasn't at his surprise birthday party when he told me that but of course, that was my own fault. "I'll see you tomorrow. Love you."

"Love you too, sweetheart."

I walked upstairs and into Levi's room. My heart warmed when I saw him with his glasses on reading The Great Gatsby.

"Hey," I said softly, not to distract him too much. I put his cup down on the nightstand. He cleared his throat dramatically. "My bad." I accidentally put his cup on the nightstand itself rather than his coaster. I found it absolutely adorable. I took my shirt off and went over to his dresser. There's a little section for me and clothes I've left here. I slipped on some pajama pants and crawled in bed next to him. He didn't put his book down. In fact, he barely acknowledged me at all other than the fact that I didn't put his cup in the right place. My heart began to pound out of my chest. He knows something's up. He has to. I have every right to be paranoid. He's Levi.

"Eren, are you actually with Reiner?" He put his book down and looked at me finally.

"Yeah, why?"

"So if I called him right now, he'd say he was with you?"

"100%." I nodded. "Who else would I be with?"

"Do you have any idea where I'm going with this?"

"Actually no."

He rolled his eyes and then clenched his jaw. I could tell it wasn't anger in his eyes, it was fear. Something I rarely saw.

"Eren, please be honest with me. I won't get mad if you tell me the truth."

Fuck, here it is. I'm going to have to tell him.

"Of course."

"Are you cheating on me?" I blinked my eyes quickly with a disgusted look on my face. Cheating? On Levi? That's the most absurd thing that's ever come out of his mouth.
