Eren's POV:

Today was officially the first day of junior year. Luckily for me, I had English with Levi again as well as History. I had gym with Jean and Connie. Algebra with Mikasa and Sasha. Physics with Reiner and Ymir. But unfortunately I had nothing with Historia or Armin. Sometimes I forget Hange is a year older, making this her senior year.

Things definitely won't be the same once she graduates but it's nice to see her every time I go over Levi's since she's now his adopted sister. I had done some analyzing and from what it looks like, Mikasa is definitely jealous of Hange. I mean, I don't blame her. Hange and Kuchel have always had a close relationship, even before she had been adopted. But now that she's living in the house, they're attached at the hip with the occasional Levi popping in, but never Mikasa. She feels like her mother and brother got taken from her. Kuchel tells me she tries but Mikasa is so stubborn and won't ever allow it to be the 4 of them, only just the 3 excluding Mikasa. Tough crowd.

Gym was first period. I found that to be an absolute crime but at least I had Connie and Jean.

"I got a fight tonight." Jean said, laying on the gymnasium floor.

"Mine is in a few days," I groaned, laying beside Jean, "on Hange's fucking birthday."

"I wanna fight," Connie whined, laying on the other side of Jean.

"No you don't." Jean put his arm over his eyes. "Because next thing you know, you'll be knocked out by the god damn Attack Titan." I laughed at the fact that Jean had used my stage name.

"Oh my god," Connie gasped and sat up, "Eren, someone calls themselves, you?"

"Connie, no." I shook my head in disbelief. "That's me."

"No, I know it's you. But someone else calls them that too."

"Holy shit." I started to laugh, questioning his intelligence. "The fighter. The Attack Titan. That's me. I'm calling myself that. That's my name."

"Ohhhh." He nodded and then shook his head, keeping a smile. "I don't get it."

I smacked my forehead. "Jean, help me."

"God, Connie. This is a basic concept." Jean said.

"And it's 7:30am. I'm sorry I'm not fucking Picasso."

"How have you passed your classes?" I shook my head, still bewildered by what I'm hearing. "Connie, you know Picasso is a painter, right?"

"Oh wait yeah. Then I meant Da Vinci."

"Also an artist, Connie." Jean was clearly just as fed up as I was.

"Connie, how many calories are in a Happy Meal?" I'm fully confident he knows the answer.

"585." Connie said proudly.

"I'm done." Jean was simply baffled. "I'm just so done."

"But it depends on which one. That's the one I get."

"Which is?" I laughed.

"6 piece which is 475 and then fries which is 110."

"Do you seriously still get Happy Meals?" Jean laughed.

"You'd be an idiot not to get a Happy Meal."

"That should be their new slogan." I laughed with a whole lot of sarcasm.

"It really should." Connie nodded, making me laugh harder since the joke clearly went over his head. "Last month they had Disney toys and this month it's Jurassic World."

"You know when new toys come out?"

"Sasha and I get Happy Meals after practice." After school while Jean, Reiner, and I have football. Connie has soccer and Sasha has volleyball. The only people that don't do sports at this point are Historia, Levi, as well as Armin. Armin does drama club still. We've gone to see every show. I'd say his best role has been Flounder in The Little Mermaid, it just suits him. Levi doesn't do sports because he said they're not going to matter in the real world. But him and I both know that if he joined the track team, he'd be undefeated. I'm still working on that though, I'll convince him to join. Historia has no interest in sports whatsoever. She's the type that will call a touchdown a 'home run'. Mikasa and Annie's sport season don't start until the winter. They decided to join the basketball team last year. I just never really paid too much attention because Jean and I were on the team too.

"How are you and Sasha anyway?" I asked. Just the mention of her name makes his eyes sparkle like a little kid.

"She's good." He smiled.

"Just good?" Jean smirked.

"She's amazing." Connie blushed.

"Just amazing?" Jean's voice started to rise in a teasing manner.

"She's perfect." Connie blushed even harder.

"And our favorite couple prevails."

"Damn." I was only joking. I knew Jean had a hint of jealously towards Levi, it was a tad obvious.

"Oh yeah, like you and Levi would be my favorite." He rolled his eyes. "Do you know how many times I had to suffer in Mikasa's room? Where I would just hear the both of you at the loudest volume imaginable? I've had my fair share, thanks."

"Damn, I wanna hear." Connie said.

"No, you don't." Jean and I said simultaneously.

"You three!" Our gym teacher shouted. "Get up!"

And now the day will begin.
