Chapter 127

Levi's POV:

I told my mom I was sleeping over Eren's. I've never lied to her but when Kenny is involved, it's different. She has her own story with him, but so do I. Reiner had picked me up from Eren's and we were on our way to The Underground. I wasn't anxious, if anything I felt indifferent. Reiner was most likely going to win, Eren doesn't know, and Kenny will come up to talk to me and possibly ask me to be one of his fighters and I'll say no. I got out of a lifetime where blood was inevitable, now I've chosen a life where I don't need to see it everyday. I'm going to stick to that indefinitely.

"This is it." Reiner parked his car in front of some sketchy building. It looked like a bar. But it was expected for this type of establishment. We walked in and all eyes were on us. Most likely because Reiner was tonight's fighter as well as him walking in with someone other than Eren. Kenny walked up to us both with that all too familiar disgusting smirk. God, he makes me sick. How could Reiner and Eren let themselves get into a situation with him?

"Am I glad to see you." He pat my shoulder. "Where's my little Attack Titan? Figured he'd join the party." Attack Titan? Why would he call him that?

"He got fucked up pretty bad from that last fight." Reiner said.

"He may have lost but Bone Crusher was the one that ended up in the hospital. The kid is still a champion in my eyes. Now get in that ring." He waved his arm to the cage and Reiner and Kenny both went inside. Bone Crusher, huh. That's quite the name. I wonder what I'd call myself. "Listen up!" Kenny shouted. "We got our undefeated Armored Titan tonight!" Oh, I see now. They fucking named themselves after their Titans. "And his opponent," holy shit what is he doing here, "The Jaw!" It was fucking Porco Galliard. I noticed Reiner tense up a bit. He was going to hold back.

"Fuck Jaw! Fuck him up!" I shouted. "Don't let it get to your head!" I thought I could at least be somewhat supportive. Everyone else was shouting so I wanted to participate. But as I expected, Reiner was letting Porco take hits on him left and right. I got closer to the chained cage so he could hear me. "Think of Falco!" The both of them looked at me. Reiner noticed he was distracted and took the shot. Now the real fight was happening. It was the push Reiner needed in order to win. Once Porco's face started to bleed, I could tell Reiner was holding back again. "You won't kill him, just knock him out, you idiot!" Reiner nodded, still looking at Porco. With another hit, Porco was unconscious and on the ground. The crowd started chanting 'Armored' as Kenny walked back into the ring, glorifying Reiner's victory. I could see why Reiner and Eren like doing this. They get high praise, money, and attention.

"Hey," someone said behind me. I turned around and it was no one I knew. Just a creepy guy that must be a regular here. "I've never seen you here before. What's your name, kid?"

"Fuck off."

"Oh come on, I don't bite." He grabbed my lower region with one hand and pulled me closer to him with the other. My anger just went from the usual 40 to 2000. I kicked him to the ground and stomped on his face, knocking him out. The chants for Reiner went silent and everyone turned their attention towards me.

"If anyone else tries to touch my dick too, you'll end up like this disgusting piece of filth. Got it?" I was loud enough for everyone to hear. It stayed silent for another 15 seconds until Kenny started to laugh. Him and Reiner both left the ring to come towards me.

"If you touch this little runt, you'll end up dead." Kenny took his gun out and shot the ceiling 3 times. "Y'all understand?" Everyone nodded with fear. "We'll be right back." Kenny winked at me and took Reiner into another room. Probably to give him his pay. I figured Kenny would try and give me some sort of protection in this joint. It was expected. Soon after, Reiner came out and we left. I saw Kenny tip his hat as a goodbye and I nodded in response. We got in his car and he drove off without a word.
