Eren's POV:

We were back at the Yarckel Fitness Center. Now that Levi was back with us, I was more paranoid than ever. I couldn't help but constantly scan the area in fear of seeing Kenny. Reiner picked up on it rather quickly and knew exactly why I was acting so strangely.

I had strike pads on my hands held up for Levi to hit. As small as he may be, he still packs a serious punch. He was quick as always. He regained his speed to a certain degree. But without his Ackerman abilities, he had to learn how to be normal for once. It definitely frustrated him at first but Reiner and I reminded him that we're all in the same boat. Imagine being used to standing tall at nearly 50 feet with some sort of armor surrounding your body and the strength of 100 elephants. At least Levi was still Levi. Reiner and I weren't even human. That's definitely something that needed to get used to once we started getting fit like this.

I was always good at following Levi's movements when he threw his punches. Typically when you're so close to someone for so long, you pick up on their body language and you're able to read them well. I always knew Levi's next move so he was so confident in his abilities. He was able to strike harder rather than being hesitant. He didn't always aim straight. It was a game of testing me and my focus as well as his fluidity. I had my hands up but I noticed Reiner behind Levi. It was Kenny. I immediately got distracted. Levi punched me right in the face and I fell to the ground. He sighed and rolled his eyes. He bent down to my level and pinched my cheeks. He moved my face back and forth, checking for any injuries. I bit my lip but that was about it.

"Eren, what's going on with you today?" He asked. I tried to take a quick look behind him to see if Reiner and Kenny were still there but they were gone. Both of them. Levi turned around to see what I was looking at but there was nothing for him to look at.

"I'm fine, I'm sorry. It's just an off day I guess." He pulled me up and I put the strike pads back on.

"Eren, you're good. We're done with that for today." I felt bad. He enjoyed doing all of this. He would get the adrenaline he once had when he would fight but had no evil to go up against. This was simply for his enjoyment. The only person who's ever really gotten hurt before was me but I've never minded. Not when he's doing this because it makes him happy.

"What else do you wanna do?"

He nodded his head towards the bag and I was prepared to hold the back for him as he would throw his punches.

"No. Your turn."

"Me? But I never go first." Levi's OCD was still  the same. Everything needs to be in a certain order. We do the same routine every time but I always ask him what he wants to do next because he needs to be the one to initiate it. He also always needs to go first. Simply because that's our order. I didn't look at it as controlling. He needed order in his life and I was there to help him. If anything, it's helped me stay more on top of things in my life. For example, my room is always clean now, there's never any clothes on the floor. He's a very clean person and I think it's something to take note of.

"Well I want you to today." I nodded and wrapped my fists up securely. I found it funny how even I felt it was wrong for me to go first. But I got into position and threw simple punches. "You're holding back." I was.

"No, I'm simply warming up."

"Since when do you 'warm up'?"

"Since today." I swung from underneath to hit the punching bag. This really makes you break a sweat.

"Well, since I know something is clearly bothering you. Think of that." That encouraged me to push a little more but not enough because I know he'll ask too many questions if he sees just how rage filled it makes me. "Better." I had gotten into a steady rhythm. Every few punches got rougher. My anger was spilling out. The bag was swinging back a little more with each throw. At a point, I thought I was almost as fast as Levi. "Eren." I heard him but I couldn't focus on his voice. All my attention was being channeled into this. "Eren." He said again.
