Lancer's eyes snap open with burning flames of determination blazing behind them. She had ditched her armor, for the most part, exposing more of her body to damage but her output and speed is unmatched by other servants. "Dig deep, within you is the road to truth," is what her master had told her before he was captured by the mage's association. Each step she took upon the ground leading up to the clocktower they kept him in was burnt to ashes as the heat of her rage was barely contained within her saint graph. The scene was surreal the clock tower that loomed in the distance was, by all means, a masterwork of architecture, and its magnificence contrasted nicely against the German countryside it was located in.
Lancer and her master's fiance had come here upon them realizing Lancer's master had been captured, this was the only place his fiance could think he'd be. An area controlled by the Kaiser family, her family. Known for creating almost indestructible mystic codes their work was inseparable from magus prison applications. This gave them some leeway in the system and they frequently used their influence to imprison whomever they saw fit, they had just finally gotten him. Her husband, someone who operated on the outside of the magus association served more as a last resort card, an expendable. Yet despite this, he fell in love with a woman from a noble family, this was not taken well clearly. She also loved him dearly though her family refused to allow their blood to mingle with an inferior magus. She was so crushed she stole the magic crest they held so dear and ran, essentially sealing the bloodline to nothing but those who lack circuits. Of course, someone of Kaiser blood could not do such a thing unprompted so they framed her husband stating, that he had some sort of high-level enchant mystic eyes that had influenced their eldest daughter. For a long time they stayed away from all of that evading capture, that is until he had gained command spells indicating the start of a holy grail war. He reassured her that he couldn't let the chance go to waste, he would make sure that the future was secure no matter what.
He even risked everything from the beginning to serve such a fate intentionally trying to summon an alter version stating, "Their power is unmatched I know it, they are only limited by themselves, if someone could get them to open up we could learn much about the holy grail, and root by proxy." She would be lying if she said she wasn't worried about him, but he summoned Lancer and she had been nothing but kind to her, even saving her from near-death multiple times when it would typically be in her best interest to conserve energy. "You really have a habit of zoning out," she heard her husband's voice meld into Lancers as her focus returned to her, seeing the smile he was famous for replicated on her face as Lancer patted her head. "He's got to be in there, and I am going to need your help if we plan on making out in one piece right," Lancer asked turning back around to face the massive tower. It had been a week since he disappeared and every second they wasted was a higher chance that he would be dead, and/or the grail would be claimed.
Lancer was worried about Kaiser, her master's fiance, she had problems focusing especially when under pressure yet something in her gut still told her that she needed to bring her. As Lancer neared the tower she could feel the pressure of the enchantments placed on the building. "Any idea what defenses the building has," she asked Kaiser calmly. "Uhhh I think they have automated defense summons and turrets if I remember correctly not to mention the door is triple enchanted with our signature physical resistance mystic code," she responded taking deep breaths and building her own confidence. Lancer smiled to herself as Rhongomyniad materialized in her grip. From the two women, fury radiated that was strong enough to make the wind itself stop blowing.
"Now!" Kaiser called out when they got within 100ft of the tower. With a roar, the automated defense systems activated. Lancer took off like a rocket running around the perimeter of the building as hundreds of mana bolts struck behind her the turrets unable to keep up with her speed at all. She spun her lance around her hand like a propeller, the fire inside her only increasing in temperature. Slowly she saw the beggings of two metal creatures forming at the front gate. They seemed to be made of mercury, yet within an instant, she was in between the two summons as her spear pierced through the barrel chest of the one to her left, before spinning around fiercely with a swift kick to the other sending it towards Kaiser. For the second time, Lancer saw the magic crest activate on her back a wonderous crest with one defining feature the wings of an angel. Then suddenly her magic circuits flew from her body like a projectile impacting the creature and disrupting its identity causing it to explode violently.
