Despite what Annabelle had told them Salter still insisted on at least trying with her plan of sorts. As they drew near Annabelle took the liberty of explaining exactly what the field did, "It isn't a solid field like what you may expect but an area, that looks to jam magic circuits, which for a normal magus would cause minor discomfort but stop them from using magic." Jalter nodded before interjecting, "Oh so it should be easy for us to just walk on in." Annabelle shook her head at this, "For beings made up of high numbers of magic circuits or large amounts of mana the pain would be ramped up exponentially and I don't know how strong the field is until we test it, meaning it could be as painful as being stabbed all over, or magma running through your blood," Annabelle explained the gruesomeness of what she said a weird juxtaposition to her cute and innocent exterior.
Annabelle then pulled on the sleeve of Salter's jacket stopping her, "We are here," she said pointing to a point in front of Salter. The field was invisible to the naked eye, and Salter readied herself despite the danger. "Annabelle can you disarm or deal with it," Jalter asked looking at their resident expert. "I umm if maybe I had my family's crest I could but it is too interlocked for me to do as is my apologies," Annabelle replied slightly downtrodden. The two girls were in silent thought when lighting arched around them moving their attention to Salter who had pressed her arm through the field. The air around her arm seemed to stretch and pull like plastic as she walked further in. One step at a time very slowly she pushed herself through the lighting only getting more violent the further in she went. Annabelle gasped in shock and horror at Salter's brashness, however, Jalter had a different reaction.
"Fine then let's just push through it Annabelle," she said as she went headfirst into the field. However, she only managed to make it a measly inch before unyielding pain shot through her entire body. It was worse than she could have imagined. It was as if she was being burned alive yet from her very core radiated an icy cold so fierce it could match the reaches of outer space, not to mention the feeling of having her muscles forcibly ripped from her body as she tried to stay within the field only to be forced out the pain dying off instantly. Jalter was silent as she sat on the ground eyes wide as she watched Salter who was two feet in now and still moving. "You said it gets exponentially worse," Jalter replied breathlessly.
Salter's eyes were that of fierce determination as they stared out in front of her, with so much willpower they might have had a force of their own. She silently apologized to Harrison as she removed her arm from the sleeve of the jacket only to put the sleeve in her mouth as she clenched her jaw on it hard enough to slowly rip through the denim. She was so focused she didn't even notice the large arch of lighting that traced her skin and slammed into the ground around her only adding to the ferocity of the image.

Yor frantically went through the now dusty library of her home, having gone there momentarily while everyone else was out. She had the wonderful duty of telling Stella what had happened to Harrison, what she didn't expect was the response she got from her, however. "Yor I understand how you feel and what pressures you might feel, but what would any of us have done if you were in that situation," Stella had told her. 'Stella was an idiot though that is their mistake, this is a Holy Grail war you can only look out for yourself.' Yor argued in her mind as she looked through the seemingly endless tomes. 'Got it,' she confirmed to herself as she picked up an old leather-bound book that as a child she had been forbidden from touching.
She felt a ping in the back of her head and immediately she knew where it was from. "Avalon," she stated out loud the name of Harrison's apartment complex someone was there. Her knuckles grew white as they clenched around the leather book, "Damn!" Yor exclaimed. "BB we need to go now," Yor continued as she started up the stairs only to be met by a smiling BB, "Let's go, Master," she said as the two of them took off at incredible speed. BB's magic carried them above the confines of the city as the two of them flew across the sky, Yor couldn't be bothered by the winds. Her focus was holistically on the apartment as she held the tome close to her chest.
When they landed Yor Hoped off of BB's back in a run rushing up the stairs to Harrison's apartment, "Come on come on," she said to herself ignoring her lack of endurance as she burst through the doors to be met by something or someone she should have expected.
"Fancy meeting you here," Scathach said as she tossed the crimson spear Harrison had taken from her up in the air.

"What is going on here," a voice exclaimed as three girls came into view in front of Salter. Her face was twisted in pain and rage and two of the girls instinctually backed up because of the sight. They were in the middle of a rehearsal it looked like things were getting set up on a stage. As for Salter, she couldn't speak so she only continued to walk forward.
