I'm on my hustle which means nothing but work. Kids and eventually when she's ready, Lovely. She wants me to give it six months, and we are three deep with three months to go. I'm hoping we can figure it out even though I know I've messed up. I've learned the error of my ways and will do everything I need to win her back.

I'm in the car taking the kids to school when I get a text from Jabari. I looked and it's a link to a video. I helped the children out of the car and then made my way to work. Once I was finally settled in I opened the text and clicked the link.

The video Lovely's P.O.V

"I don't see a ring on your finger so does that mean your divorce is final?" Tammy asked and I looked at my hand, almost reminiscing. Then I smiled as she waited for my answer. "I'm enjoying motherhood with my little ones." I said, trying to avoid her question. "So you've been seen out with Jonathan Major. Is there something there?" Tammy asked, and I smiled as I thought of my answer. "Mr.Majors with an S is a wonderful man. We met on set, and he's been great to me ever since." I said hoping I didn't confirm nor deny anything.

"I would love to see you and Mr.Majors together in my opinion. I think it's just because you make anyone look great and together you guys look amazing. Also, I've heard nothing but wonderful things about him." Tammy explained and I chuckled cause I agree but I will not agree out loud. "Do the kids call him Mr.Majors and that's why you call him that or is that a respect thing for you and him? You know, like kink play?" She asked, and I chuckled as I looked in her direction.

"My mother raised me to call every adult sir and ma'am and that's what I do no matter if we are the same age or not. Also, my children haven't met Mr.Majors because they do not work with us." I explained, and she nodded ever so thoughtfully.

"Okay, now we're going to play a game. Smash, marry, kill. Jonathan Majors, Bashar Jackson, or Trevor Jackson." She said, and I shook my head as I looked at the camera. "I'm not going to participate in this game. I have caused enough drama, and my children are old enough to watch this, so it's a no for me. I don't want to disrespect anyone I love and definitely not on the internet where it's permanent. I've done that enough already." Lovely said and the video ended.

I closed my laptop and exhaled. "Yo!" I yelled, and all my homies looked at me. "Who the fuck is Jonathan Majors?!" I asked, and they cleared their throats as Big Mac walked over toward me. "He's an actor, and she seems happy. They go on walks in his backyard and on dinner dates. They enjoy each other, and she smiles the entire time she's with him." Big Mac explained, and I looked at him.

"Let's go for a walk." He said, and I nodded as I followed his lead. Once we made it to a secluded area he sat down, and I did as well. "She has met his family and friends, and it's moving pretty fast. I don't know if they're official or if he's courting her." Big Mac explained, and I nodded. "So she's been playing me?" I asked myself loudly, and Big Mac placed his hand on my shoulder. "No, she's keeping her options open just in case you're not what she wants anymore." He explained and I nodded slowly.

Later that night

Lovely, both sets of twins, and I are sitting down eating dinner. "I miss this." Barakah expressed and I looked at him shocked. After dinner, we put the kids to bed and made our way to the kitchen. Lovely began scraping plates and putting them in the sink as I began washing them.

"Can we talk?" I asked, and she looked at me like she always does when she's trying to figure me out. "Sure, wassup?" She asked, and I looked back at her as I continued washing dishes. "Are you actually going to give me another chance, or is this all just for your entertainment?" I asked, and Lovely chuckled.

"You saw the video I took?" She asked, and I nodded then I put the last dish on the rack and turned around while drying my hands. "Big Mac also told me about you and him," I said, and she sat down, slouching in the seat like I usually do. "I love you, and I'm trying, but I'm also keeping my options, open babe." She said, and it hurt my heart to hear her actually say it.

"I don't want you to think I'm not into you, but I also have a hard time trusting that you can only focus on work, the kids, and one woman. I've focused on you, and now it's time for me to juggle." She said as she got up and walked over to me. "Lock the door on your way out." Lovely
