{Y/N'S POV}

That was so fucking close! I groaned at the ceiling. I was mad he left me with the project to go do god knows what. I fully knew about his 'Work' and I for sure know that it's not in The Hideout. I pushed the essay away from me on the bed and I got up, looking at myself in the mirror, getting hold of my comb. I sniffed and I could smell the cologne impregnated in my room and I winced in disgust. It wasn't a bad smell, but the person that wears it does not match at all with it. I heard a knock on my door and I raised my head up.

"Come in!" I yelled, knowing very well it would be my Nana. She walked in with a tray, with some drinks on top of it and her smile dropped as she looked around.

"Donde esta el chico lindo?" She asks, translating to Where's the cute boy. I rolled my eyes and scrunched my nose at her taste in men.

"He is not cute Nana. He is a metal head, probably showers in cologne only and deodorant and academically speaking, not the brightest." I say to her with a smirk to my face and I took one of the drinks off her tray. She smiled innocently at me and replied back to me.

"Yet, he is the one tutoring you in this project." Shit. That was a good come back. I slightly glared at her and she sighed looking at the other glass of water.

"He left for work." I said to her and she looked up and nodded. I could sense she was staring off into nothingness, thinking about something. "What's wrong Nana?" I asked her worriedly.

"Oh... It's just that..." She left the tray on my desk and walked towards me as she grabbed the comb from my hands and started brushing my damp hair. "It's fun when he is around." She says to me and I laughed without any hint of humor behind it.

"Yeah right. We are at eachother's throats whenever we get together Nana." I told her and she shook her head with a smile on her face.

"Yet, it's the most cheerful I've seen of you lately." She says to me and I just stared at my reflection. Cheerful? I have to take deep breaths whenever he leaves my house. The anger almost consuming me each time.

"I don't know what you see as cheerful Nana, but trust me, that's not it." I saw her smirk and press onto my shoulders as she looked at ourselves on the mirror.

"I still think he is more handsome than Jason. I stand by what I said when I first met him." And my memories went back to the first time Eddie came home.

After greeting him Nana turned around and spoke to me in Spanish.

"Es mucho mas lindo que el otro chico. Dale una oportunidad!" She yelled to me in spanish, translating to 'He's much cuter than the other guy, give him a chance!' and I blushed deeply. I knew Munson was not going to understand crap, but still, a part of me was scared he did.

"No lo es, y no hay ninguna posibilidad de que eso pase." I answered her, translating to 'He is not, and there's no chance of that happening.', and I knew Eddie was stunned by my ability to speak two languages.

I snapped back into my present and I turned around to look at Laura, smiling at her.

"But, I am one step closer to Jason. Finally, I am making progress!" But this time, my Nana did not smile, making my own fall down.

"I... I don't know if he is the best option." She admits to me and I furrowed my brows at her. She was always on my side with the Jason issue, so what changed?

"What, why?" I asked her and she sighed, grabbing my hands.

"I am a very superstitious woman... And my gut tells me that this boy... This boy is not good mi niña." She said to me and I stepped away from her, not believing my ears. What's up with everyone going against what I want lately?
