CHAPTER 71: OUR NOT-SO-SECRET SPOT

It was 4 am. I woke up, had to go to the bathroom.  I had to stop and grab my phone and take a picture of Tom. It was too adorable.  Molly had scooted over and was now laying on his chest. Her head on his shoulder.  His arm wrapped around her back, his other arm down on Baylie.

I took the picture and then stared at them for a few minutes.  Tom is so good with her. I can just imagine Tom with a baby girl. I really need to stop those thoughts, I'll never be with Tom, and even if I did, he won't be having any kids.

I went back to bed.  I slept till about 6 and then got up and sat at Tom's desk, just staring at them.  He woke up.  He saw me looking.  He said, "I've been attacked in my sleep Madison, and here you are laughing" I said, 'it's too cute. I saw you guys like that at 4,  I had to take a picture.  I'm debating about whether I should ruin your rep and post it on my Facebook" He laughed.

He said, "Go ahead, if you want to. It's fine" I said, 'you wouldn't care if I did. I was teasing you Tom" He said, "go on Maddie, it's fine"  

I posted it, and said, I woke up to this my boyfriend being so sweet to his little sister.  I got so many likes and comments oh how sweet and comments like that.

Molly woke up and after giving us hugs, went downstairs.  I went to take a shower.

Mike called Tom.  Tom said, 'what's up" He said, "just checking in to see if everything is ok with your sister" Tom said, "yeah it was Mia, I took care of a problem for her."

Mike said, 'Tom, I really am getting to where I can't stand Tara."  Tom said, "same what did she do now"' Mike said, "you don't know. I figured Emma would have told Madison" Tom said, "no Madison didn't say anything. "

Mike said, "bullied Emma, making her leave the dance."  Tom said, "what, dammit."  Mike said, "I mean Emma didn't have to leave, but I can see why she didn't want to be there. It just makes me mad because I don't like that Rex. I think he's all wrong for Emma. Them leaving meant she was alone with him"

Tom said, 'I don't like him either, but are you sure that you're not jealous. Because you seem to keep bringing it up.  From everything I've heard from Rain, Rex treats Emma good."

Mike said, "I'm not jealous" Tom said, "Ok, what did Tara say."  

Mike said, "I really thought Emma would tell Madison. Maybe she didn't want to hurt Madison's feelings"

Tom said, "oh no so what this is about Maddie" Mike said, "yeah she went over with her friends, saying since Tom and her bestie are a no show, either Tom dumped her, or he's too embarrassed to be seen with her."  Tom said, "dammit"

Mike said, "Before Emma could answer I went over and took care of it. I made sure all knew that you were all set to come, but a family emergency came up with your sister, and you and Maddie had to help with that. But I added though you were sad to not take her to the dance, it wasn't a big deal, because you two dance every night in your bedroom"

Tom laughed.  He said, "Good one. Thanks, I feel really bad. I was looking forward to taking Madison to that dance. So excited, I mean for one, because it was going to be her first, but the other thing, I'm going crazy man, I'm not able to kiss her at home, because my parents, and there is only a short time that I can kiss her at school, I mean because of class.  I was really looking forward to kissing the hell out of her."

Mike laughed. He said, "you do know that you could kiss her at home, if you'd just be honest with her and ask her to be your real girlfriend," Tom said, "I'm not ready to tell her that yet, and besides my parents would kick her out of my room"

Tom told Mike he'd see him.  He hung up.

I came into the room. Tom said, "Madison, I really don't like it when you keep things from me"  I looked at him.  I said "What"
