Sebastian's POV

I helped Jasper to his feet. "Are you all right!"

"Yes Sebastian, thank you" Jasper said as he held his forehead. "What is that thing?"

"I don't know and I don't want to find out" Garreth let out.

"Children please get going to your common rooms now!" Professor Weasley yelled.

"The doors they...they aren't opening" Professor Black said worryingly. "Someone charmed them and I can't break it"

"What?" Professor Weasley said as they walked towards the doors.

"So what are we just sitting ducks now?" Damien asked.

"I believe so Damien" I said as I pulled out my wand. "But I refuse to go down easily" I smirked.

Penelope's POV

I jumped as I saw the creature break the castle. "No!!!" I yelled. I panicked as I realized that's where the ball was being held. I ran up the stairs as fast as I could but the doors wouldn't open. I banged on them hoping someone would hear me.

"Who's there?"

"Auntie Matilda? It's me Penelope"

"Sweetheart I need you and Ominis to go to the common room now and seek shelter please."

"He's not with me. He's outside by the boat house"

"Oh Merlin"

"What's going on Auntie"

"I don't know darling. There is a. Creature attacking the Castle . Someone broke the protective shield surrounding the school. The doors are also locked so no one can enter or leave the ball room"

"Penelope Weasley. Please just go hide"

"Headmaster Black. I'm sorry but I can't just leave you guys open like that. I am going to help"

"Listen to me young lady. You will do no such thing. We will protect the students but you need to go now"

"With all due respect Headmaster, I am not one to stand by and watch as others get hurt." I ran towards the outside to try to help them.

"Penelope!!!" I heard them yell but I couldn't stop. I was going to save them. As I ran I stepped on the dress and fell forward. There is no time to change I thought to myself as I ripped the dress from my thighs down. At this point I didn't care if my thighs showed.

When I reached outside I saw the creature roar louder and the ground shake once more. I grabbed a broom that was near the entrance and flew to one of the balconies.

"Penelope!!!" Garreth ran towards me and embraced me tightly.

"Where is Ominis?" Jasper asked.

"He's hiding in the boat house. He should be safe for now" I felt Arthur hug me tightly.

"I'm so glad you are okay" Arthur said as tears formed in his eyes.

I saw Sebastian's mouth gape open and his face turn a deep shade of red. "Lace... lace stockings" Garreth closed his mouth.

"Damn it Sallow close your mouth that is my sister!" He yelled again as everyone laughed.

I watched as Poppy and Amit approached as well. "I'm glad your okay Penelope" Poppy said as she hugged me. Amit was smiling but then noticed how exposed I was and fainted. Poppy quickly fanned him for him to regain consciousness.

My aunt Matilda and Headmaster Black headed towards us and they looked pretty angry. Before I could say anything my Aunt hugged me.

"You stupid sweet girl. You don't have to do this you already saved the school once" as she let go Headmaster Black patted my head.

"I saved it once and I will do it again" Headmaster Black sighed and waved his hand in the air.

"Well we all know she won't listen anyway" he laughed. "Jeremiah make sure you protect yourself you hear me. I don't want a beat up and bruised nephew on my floor" we all looked to one another confused to who he was speaking to.

"It's Jasper, and I won't don't worry" he smiled.

"Yeah yeah whatever" I watched as Headmaster Black directed students towards the wall and told them to be ready to defend themselves. He then signaled all available professors to stand by the opening and help protect the students.

"Be careful please" Garetth said as he grabbed my hands.

"I will" I nodded my head and walked towards the opening.

Everything was silent. The only thing that could be heard was the cold breeze breaking in through the hole. I readied my self to what was coming. My hand gripping my wand tightly. I breathed in slowly trying to concentrate my magic.

"We are right behind you" I heard Arthur say.
I turned back and smiled as the boys stood with their Wands at the ready. I took in another breath and watched as blue magic came out in a form like a ribbon. I had spent my time mastering and improving new skills. This by far was my favorite one.

"You guys know the rules"

"Of course don't worry P we got your back" Garreth Said.

"What? What rules?" Jasper asked confused.
Damien shrugged his shoulders also not knowing.

"We are to watch her fight and jump in when needed" Sebastian gripped his wand.

"What why? What if she gets hurt?"

"Jasper... she can take care of herself she is very powerful. More than you know. If we jump in we would only get in her way. She needs to focus on the fight not on us. I know it hurts because it hurts me every time, but we just have to believe in her" I turned to see Jasper have a worried look on his face almost as if he was in pain.

I suddenly returned my focus back as another roar echoed around the school. A giant dragon appeared and everyone gasped and screamed loudly.

"I'm ready" I smirked looking directly into the dragons eyes.
