At College Francoise DuPont, in Mr. Thomas' class, the students were doing their side bar conversations when the late bell rang. Mr. Thomas stands up from his seat and faces the class.
Mr. Thomas: Settle down, students. You can continue your conversations when class is over or if we're in a few minutes until class is over. Thank you. *Everyone stopped talking and looked at Mr. Thomas. * Thank you. Now, before we recap on what we learned about yesterday, I want to go over attendance first. *He goes to his desk, grabs the attendance sheet, and stands on the podium. * So, you all know what the drill. *He cleared his throat. * Adrien Agreste?
Adrien: (raised his hand) Here.
Mr. Thomas: (marking his name off) Elise Anderson?
Elise: (raised her hand) Here.
Mr. Thomas: (marking her name off) James Beasley? *James wasn't in class. * Hmm, guess he's not here. *He marked him absent. * Arwen Bourne?
Arwen: (raised her hand) Here.
Mr. Thomas: (marking her name off) Ivan Bruel?
Ivan: (raised his hand) Here.
Mr. Thomas: (marking his name off) Kimmy Campbell?
Kimmy: (raised her hand) Present.
Mr. Thomas: (marking her name off) Lucas Carmichael?
Lucas: (raised his hand) Here.
Mr. Thomas: (marking his name off) Sage Carter?
Sage: (raised them hand) Here.
