Chapter 33

3rd Person POV
Luigi was currently floating on the barrel Mario was in, and the others hurriedly followed. Once they all made it to the Beanbean Kingdom, they saw the barrel hit the castle bridge, making the barrel break, sending Luigi and a deflated Mario flying and making them land near the two guards.

"Well, look at this! A very Mario-esque fellow and a Loo…uh, some other guy!" Guard 1 said. Luigi then began to explain what had happened.

"Whaaat?! Mario's gut is filled to the brim with Chuckola Reserve?! And it's sloshing around his insides?! Gross!" Guard 1 said.

"Th-that's terrible! And sort of disgusting! We must contact Lady Lima immediately!" Guard 2 said.

"By the way, what's Chuckola Reserve?" Guard 2 asked

"Shh! I have no idea…" Guard 2 said, making everyone else facefault.

*timeskip*

As everyone made it back to the throne room, they found Queen Bean still lying on the floor with Lady Lima tending to her.

Queen Bean has been in a deep sleep, just as you see her now. Did you truly obtain some of the legendary Chuckola Reserve?" Lady Lima asked.

"Yes, but..." (Y/N) said.

Luigi then jumped on Mario, squirting the Chuckola Reserve out of Mario's mouth into Queen Bean's.

"Gross..." Eve said.

As the Chuckola Reserve came out, Queen Bean started to gag as an angry worm came out of her mouth.

"There's the Belly Belch Worm!" Lady Lima said.

Then, a light surrounded Queen Bean, and she began to revert to her normal self without being hostile and all.

"Ohhhh! Success! A truly repugnant, yet tremendous success! Queen Bean has returned!" Lady Lima cheered.

"Ahh…I've never felt so much better in a long, long time! Well done, Lady Lima!" Queen Bean said.

"No, Your Highness, it is not I, but rather the Mario Bros. and their comrades whom you must thank," Lady Lima said.

"Is that true now?" Queen Bean said as she turned to the others. She then huddled them into a huge hug."You all did a mighty fine job, if I do say so myself! You have my gratitude!"

"Y-Yeah. Happy to help, your highness," (Y/N) said as Queen Bean lets go.

"But we have to go after Cackletta! She has the Beanstar and Princess Peach's voice with it!" Eve said.

"It was my fault…" Lady Lima said.

"Nonsense, Lima," Queen Bean said.  "But why would Cackletta steal the Beanstar and Princess Peach's voice in the first place?"

"Um, excuse me? Sorry for asking this, but what IS the Beanstar?" Goh asked. Lady Lima sighed and began to explain.

"The Beanstar is the protector of this land, and it has the power to grant any and all desires. To prevent such power from being used for evil, the Beanstar was cast into a deep sleep. It is said that a voice of great beauty is required to wake the Beanstar from its slumber. It must be the voice of a pure and noble soul… In this day and age, Princess Peach is the only one who possesses such a voice. So, the reason Cackletta stole Princess Peach's voice… Aha! She must plan to awaken the Beanstar and fulfill all of her desires! And there's no mistaking her one true desire: to rule the world!"

"WHAT?!" Everyone said in shock.

"Fear not! I foresaw this desire of hers long, long ago! We are prepared! Card for card, we have a better hand than she!" Queen Bean said.
