Chapter 75.5

3rd Person POV
After returning to the lab, (Y/N) and Eve said they have to leave. Mega Man and the others understood and sent their heartfelt farewells to the two girls before sending them off. After saying their farewells, the two girls returned home with the Prism Key.

"What an adventure, huh, Eve?" (Y/N) said.

"Yeah, Mama! I just took a wild guess about what it was like, and we went right to the place!" Eve said as she went to the sofa and laid dowm.

"Well, you know the saying. Sometimes you just gotta expect the unexpected," (Y/N) said as she went to the kitchen.

"So, what are we having for dinner tonight?" Eve asked.

"Hmm... I remember Aria giving me a cookbook. So, why don't we try a recipe?" (Y/N) said.

*timeskip*

After cooking dinner, they washed the dishes as soon as they were done eating. Then, they realized it was getting dark out. So, they washed up and changed into their pajamas and decided to watch a movie with some popcorn. Then, as soon as it was over, they washed the popcorn bucket and went to sleep.

*dream state*
(Y/N) woke up on top a strange stained glass platform. It was a green color and there was a woman in a blue and yellow dress on it.

"Where... am I?" (Y/N) asked. "Am I dreaming?"

Suddenly, a mysterious voice rang across the area. "So much to do, so little time..." it said.

"W-Who's there?" (Y/N) asked.

"Take your time. Don't be afraid," the mysterious voice said. "The door is still shut. Now, step forward. Can you do it?"

(Y/N) was a little concerned about what the voice speaking to her was offering her, but she ignored it and stepped forward as she was told to. Then, three pedestals appeared. Each one has one item with them. A sword, shield, and staff.

"Power sleeps within you," the mysterious voice said. "If you give it form, it will give you strength. Choose well."

(Y/N) looked at the three pedestals and took a moment to think about her decision. She then finished and went up to pick up the sword.

"The power of the warrior. Invincible courage. A sword of terrible destruction," the mysterious voice said. "Is this the power you seek?" (Y/N) nodded in response. Then, the sword in her hand disappeared, and two pedestals' items remained.

"Your path is set," the mysterious voice said. "Now, what will you give up in exchange?"

(Y/N) took a moment to look at the staff and shield and thought for a bit. She felt like she was using up a lot of magic throughout her journey, so she went up to the staff and picked it up.

"The power of the mystic. Inner strength. A staff of wonder and ruin," the mysterious voice said. "You give up this power?" (Y/N) nodded, and the staff disappeared.

"You've chosen the path of the warrior. You've given up the power of the mystic. Is this the form you choose?" The mysterious voice asked.

(Y/N) nodded. Then, all three of the pedestals, along with the shield, disappeared. The stained glass platform began to crumble beneath her feet.

"Wait! No!" She yelled. Then, as soon as the platform crumbled completely, she began to fall. However, it as fast as she expected. She was hovering.

'Wait. I'm hovering...?' She thought. She then landed on a purple-ish blue-colored platform with a woman in a blue dress on it. Suddenly, the sword form earlier appeared in her hand.

"You've gained the power to fight," the mysterious voice said. "Use this power to protect yourself and others." Suddenly, small dark creatures appeared from the ground in front of her.
"What in the-?" (Y/N) said.
