Dimension Crisis (?!) (Video Game Crossover × Fem!Magical Girl!Reader)

Chapter 116

3rd Person POV

As the heroes went out of the mines, Crash noticed something in the distance.

"Guys, look! Over there!" He said, making the others turn at where he's pointing at. It was a large factory on a hill.

"Pika..." Pikachu said in awe.

"Woah... That place looks huge," Ash said.

"Is that the place you mentioned, Crash? With the machines and all that?" Eve asked.

"Hmm... Not really. It's kinda close, though," Crash replied. "Now that you mention it, the house I told  you guys about could be a bit further, but not too far."

"Gotcha, gotcha," (Y/N) said. "Anyway, let's head in and see what it has in store for us."

Everyone then went up the hill until the finally reached the factory. As they went inside, they came across an area with suspicious green liquid leaking out of the sewer pipes on the walls, small platforms, even ones with strings, were present with red and blue pipes laying around, and small robots were present to seek and destroy any intruders.

"Ew... I ain't touching that," (Y/N) said, disgusted by the green goo.

"Etta," Meloetta said, agreeing.

"Do you think Cortex would make profit out of this stuff?" Ash asked.

"If you mean make money out of this, then I kinda doubt it," Goh said.

"You think someone else is making profit out of this stuff?" (Y/N) chimed in.

"Sort of. They might be even working with Cortex," Goh added.

"Well, we won't know unless we find out," Crash said.

Everyone then continued to move through the first section of the factory. After surviving through the hall of machines, they stopped by an area with a gate that said "Cortex Power".

"Okay. It kinda proves our theory," Goh said.

As they moved forward, there were electric chambers ready to shock the heroes where they stand, pools of toxic waste on the bottom, small platforms, and dangerous drone ready to strike.

After moving through Cortex Power, they began to proceed to the generator room. The area looked like the inside of the temple they came across earlier, but a lot more technology advanced. There were even drones.

After breezing through the room filled with generators, they moved to an area with a river of toxic waste on the bottom, much to (Y/N)'s disgust. Luckily, there were platforms that could carry them above the toxic waste. They had to be very careful, though for some of them could small enough to carry one person at a time. After not touching an inch of the toxic waste, they went inside an office. There stood a figure wearing a red business suit.

"Well, looky here! I didn't know there was gonna be people visiting!" He said.

"Are you working for Cortex?" Eve asked.

"Listen, little lady, as much I would like to answer some of your questions, I'm afraid," Pinstripe said before taking out a tommy gun. "Y'ALL GOTTA GO!"

Before he was about fire bullets at the heroes, everyone began to hide behind tables and chairs before he began to fire.

"Guess that answers my question," Eve said while covering her ears.

Once the firing ceased for a bit, (Y/N) saw this as a chance to counter. She then fired a Star Bubble at Pinstripe, damaging him. The others then devised a plan after seeing (Y/N) attack: Once Pinstripe stops firing, attack quickly. They followed the plan and kept on attacking Pinstripe once his guard was lowered. However, it wouldn't be easy thanks to Pinstripe moving a bit faster. Luckily, the heroes persevered until they finally defeated Pinstripe.

"Jeez. That was rough..." Goh said.

"You're not lying. Now, let's get a move on," Crash said.
