Dimension Crisis (?!) (Video Game Crossover × Fem!Magical Girl!Reader)

Chapter 121

After going through the pipe, the gang have entered an area with a pipe that led to an area where the giant metallic fish was was under the water, just like the painting depicted. 

"Is this place... a sewer?" 

(Y/N) sniffed a bit to check, only to be grossed out by the smell. "Ugh... This place smells. Is it the water?" She commented.

"Melo..." Meloetta said, pinching its nose from the stench.

"Let's see what's on the other side of that pipe," Banjo said.

Everyone moved toward the pipe that led to the area depicted by the painting in Gruntilda's lair.  Though, getting there won't be easy due to the small rising and falling platforms.   After a bit of a struggle, they finally made it to the main area. They also rescued a yellow Jinjo.

"So, where do we go now?" Eve asked.

"Let's see what's under the water. Maybe a Jiggy might be in there?" Banjo said.

"Alright, but first..." (Y/N) said be casting a spell on herself and the others, creating a shield that could help them breathe underwater.

"Sorry... The stench of the water is not helping me," she spoke.

"Well, at least this helps somewhat," Kazooie said. "Now, let's hurry and dive in!"

Everyone then dived into the water to see anything in there. Meanwhile, they found a green Jinjo. While swimming around, Meloetta swam between a key, making it turn completely into a lock as if it was unlocking something. Then, the giant mechanical fish rose higher above the water before it spoke.

"Clanker has fresh air. You find reward on Clanker's back," the fish named Clanker said.

(Y/N) and co. then swam to the tunnels to find the reward Clanker offered them. There, they found not only a Jiggy, but also a blue Jinjo as well. They then went through a single tunnel, which took them to a green-colored area. There were also green mutants ready to fight them.

"Sssnipet Mutantsss are we! Jigsaw isss oursss, fight usss you mussst!" One of the mutants spoke before charging at the gang.

"Fine by me! Let's go!" (Y/N) said.

The Snippet Mutants tried to fight with everything they have with their claws, but they were bested by (Y/N) and co and their power.

"Hsss... Beaten Snippet Mutantsss are we. Yoursss is prizzze!" One of the Snippet Mutants said.

"Well, where is it, then?" Kazooie said.

Eve traveled up to the top to find the prize they were offred. Then, she finally found another Jiggy. "Got it!" She said. Everyone then swam back to the main area. While looking around, Banjo wondered something about Clanker.

"Hey. Don't you think that Clanker is hiding something in there?" He whispered.

"I bet he is. Look at him, acting like he's slick and all that," Kazooie said. "Banjo."

Banjo nodded as he aimed Kazooie at Clanker's teeth and fired blue eggs at them, breaking his teeth and showing a way inside Clanker's mouth. Clanker, on the other hand, didn't take kindly to the pain.

"Alright. Let's head in," (Y/N) said before everyone swam inside.

Once they immediately went in, they found a Jiggy lying around near the entrance. Afterward, they traveled deeper inside Clanker's metal body which not only had some bodies of water, but also some dangerous spikes. After reaching a certain area, they noticed a bunch of rings floating around. Banjo and Kazooie began to swim between them, but they only had to complete that task in a time limit of 50 seconds. Luckily, they succeeded, earning them another Jiggy. Meanwhile, Eve rescued a pink Jinjo before everyone got out of Clanker.

Later, while the gang was looking around, Meloetta spotted something that was above them.

"Etta! Meloetta," it said as it pointed at something shining.

"What is it, Meloetta?" (Y/N) asked before she and the others looked at where the Pokémon was pointing. 

"Something's got to be up there," Banjo said.

"But how do we get up there?" Eve asked.

Banjo looked around until he spotted a large screw on Clanker that was hopping up and down from time to time.

"Let's get on that screw," he said.

After the nail got back down on Clanker, everyone got on the screw, waiting for it to go back up. Once it went higher to the top, they spotted a Jiggy and grabbed it. As they got back down, they found another Jiggy that was near Clanker's tail.

Suddenly, Eve spotted another Jiggy in a small container. She flew towards as it automatically opened when she gets near before she finally obtained it. Everyone then went back inside Clanker through the place that was sealed with the screw. 

As they went inside, there were spinning blades that would be almost impossible to go through. Luckily, Banjo and Kazooie learned a new move from Bottles that can make them invulnerable for a short amount of time. With it, they were able to move through the blades and obtain two Jiggies.

Afterward, everyone got out of Clanker to look for the last Jiggy and Jinjo. Luckily, Meloetta found both the orange Jinjo and the final Jiggy of Clanker's Cavern through the pipes above.

"Etta!" It said.

"Alright! I think we got everything. Let's go!" (Y/N) said.

*timeskip*

Everyone made it back to the main area of Gruntilda's lair to look for another painting until they found one depicting some kind of swamp. They applied the Jiggy to it until tit looked complete, opening a path that led to Bubblegoop Swamp.

"Bubblegoop Swamp... I bet that place is gonna smell worse than the last," (Y/N) said.

"Well, hold your nose, then!" Kazooie said.

Everyone then moved inside the cave to enter the swap. The adventure continues.
