Chapter 109

3rd Person POV

The heroes then went to the next area that was some kind of space port. The whole area seemed like it was located in the stars.

"Are... Are we still on Earth?" Eve asked.

"Maybe? Because the last time I checked, we went here by going through a gate," Ash said.

"Probably some kind of projection to make it all seem, look, and feel real," (Y/N) said.

"Maybe... Anyway, let's hurry and find the others," Pac-Man said,

Everyone then began to continue their search for Pac-Man's family members. The space station was filled with not only robots, but also with dangerous laser traps. Let's not forget about the ghosts that were roaming as always. Pac-Man always knew needed a power pellet to eat them up while (Y/N) others take care of the other enemies. As they continued throughout, they saw something in the distance. They took another look and saw an individual who looked by Pac-Man wearing glasses and a graduation cap. He was trapped in a cage.

"Pac-Man! Help!" The individual said.

"Professor Pac! Hang tight! We'll get you out!" Pac-Man said.

The heroes then began to move towards Professor Pac's cage while dodging all the laser and taking care of the enemies preventing them to do so. Once they finally got close, (Y/N) swung her staff at the cage, breaking Professor Pac free.

"Are you alright, Professor?" Pac-Man asked.

"Yes. I'm quite alright,"  Professor Pac said. "Thank you, Pac-Man! I'll wait for you up ahead." He then began heading out of the space area.

"I hope the other family members are doing okay..." Eve said.

"Pika-pika..." Pikachu said with a nod.

"Yeah, me, too. But we won't know for sure until we hurry and find them," Ash said.

Everyone then continued to move throughout the space station while dodging laser traps and getting rid of the enemies trying to stop them. Suddenly, after a while, they encountered some kind of spaceship.

"Etta?" Meloetta spoke, curious about the ship

"What's this ship doing here?" Goh asked.

"I have no idea," Pac-Man said. "Wouldn't hurt to try and borrow it, though. Even if the ghosts do."

Everyone then got on the spaceship after the ship's door opened for them as if it was waiting for them. Then, as soon as the door closed behind them, Pac-Man then power the ship on, and the spaceship flew to the stars yonder.

"Look at all those stars," (Y/N) said while looking at the stars through the window.

"Yeah. They're so pretty," Eve said.

"Etta," Meloetta chimed in, also staring at the stars.

Suddenly, a red alert alarm was heard throughout the ship, alarming everyone.

"What's going on?!" Ash said.

Pac-Man looked out of the window and saw robot mosquito-like enemies attacking. "Looks like we've got unwanted company!" He said.

He then pressed the button on the steering wheel and made the ship fire energy lasers at the enemies, destroying them while dodging enemy fire. The enemies weren't the only ones they had to watch out, though. They also had to avoid incoming meteors that were heading their way. This went on for a while until the sudden attack finally stopped... or so they thought. A blink of light was seen somewhere. Then, Toc-Man arrived.

"Well, well, well. Still alive and kicking, are we?" He taunted.

"Toc-Man!" Ash said, making his yellow mouse partner become angry, emitting sparks from its red cheeks.

"Hmph! Maybe this'll be enough to finish you! Meet King Galaxian!" Toc-Man said before pulling a lever, making an alien robot named King Galaxian come out of a hatch before he flew away.

"Well, I guess we know what to do," (Y/N) said.

Everyone then began to shoot lasers at the eyes to deal damage while King Galaxian tried shooting as well. King Galaxian even tried to suck up the heroes in its mouth, but the gang did their hardest to pull back so that the worst won't happen. Once an eye was destroyed, King Galaxian began to shoot lasers from its tail. And to make things even more difficult for the heroes, enemies began to swarm in as well. Still, the heroes remained strong and managed to damage the tail. As the process began to repeat, King Galaxian began to become serious, making the fight even more difficult. However, the gang still had the upper hand, managing to defeat King Galaxian.

"Done and dusted!" Goh said.

"Yep! Let's hurry and check on the Professor!" (Y/N) said.

*timeskip*

Everyone then went out of the area to check on Professor Pac and maybe get answers on where the others of Pac-Man's family were taken.

"Are you alright, Professor Pac, sir?" Eve asked.

"Yes. I'm alright. I must admit, it was unpleasant getting captured by the ghosts and Toc-Man," Professor Pac responded.

"Do you know where the others went?" Ash asked.

"If my analysis is correct... Toc-Man must have put on at the funhouse," Professor Pac said. "Whatever it takes, you must rescue them forthwith!"

"Right! We're on it!" Pac-Man said.
