Chapter 97

3rd Person POV
As everyone went through the door, they found themselves in Flower Fields, a place where, as the name suggested, the place was filled with flowers. Before they were to continue, a voice was heard.

"What ho...? Now who might that be?" It said, causing everyone to look for who spoke.

"Um... Who is it?" Mario asked.

"Ho ho ho ho! Up here!" The voice said. Everyone looked up and saw a giant tree.

"They call me Wise Wisterwood. I am the oldest tree here in Flower Fields, the land of trees, flowers, grasses, and plants," the tree said. "And you must be Mario, (Y/N), and Eve. I've heard a lot about you. You're trying your best to save the Star Spirits and the rest of your world, aren't you?"

"That's the goal!" Eve said.

"Very noble. If that is true, then your arrival means a Star Spirit is here in our land," Wise Wisterwood said.

"Really?!" Goh said.

"Indeed. I would help you in your quest, but alas... I cannot right now. Flower Fields is in trouble," Wise Wisterwood said.

"In trouble? From what?" Goombario asked.

"A creature named Huff N. Puff and his followers invaded our fair land not long ago. These creatures brought clouds to our sunny sky. It has been dark and cloudy ever since. The sun doesn't even bother to rise in the sky anymore. We're are all weak and fading..." Wise Wisterwood explained.

"That's... That's just horrible," Ash said.

"Pikachu..." Pikachu said with worry.

"Oh! I remember something! The rumor is that Huff N. Puff is holding somebody captive..." Wise Wisterwood said.

"Really? Then who is it?" Bombette asked.

"Of course! It must be the Star Spirit that you're searching for!" Wise Wisterwood said.

"I mean, it's kinda obvious, but... noted," (Y/N) said.

"Great! So, all we have to do is take out that foul Huff N. Puff and take back the Star Spirit! Simple!" Bow said.

"... Oh ho? You're going to defeat the wicked Huff N. Puff, then? Well, that would make the wishes of Flower Fields come true..." Wise Wisterwood said. "But it's not that easy. Huff N. Puff is up in the sky, on what we call Cloudy Climb. There's no way up there now."

Everyone sighed in defeat after hearing the bad news.

"Well... You might be able to reach it if you find a Magical Bean or something that grows high..." Wise Wisterwood said. "Now wait a minute... I think there IS a flower that has a Magical Bean... somewhere."

"Who?" Kooper asked.

"Umm... I believe... Her name is Petunia. Perhaps she is off to the east. It wouldn't hurt to go visit her and ask her about it," Wise Wisterwood answered. "The other flowers and Bub-ulbs around here might have some useful information as well. I'd say talk to everyone!"

"Okay! Uh, thanks, Mr. Wise Wisterwood!" Watt said.

Everyone then went around the main area to ask the residents about Petunia. Based on what they found, Petunia collects seeds but doesn't grow them for some reason. She's often known as the Seed Maniac for liking seeds so much.

Afterward, they headed to the right side of Flower Fields to find Petunia. Though getting there won't be easy because of the Crazee Dayzees ready to lull them to sleep and the Bzzaps! about to sting them. Once they arrived, they found a flower with purple petals panicking. She was surrounded by Monty Moles roaming around the places.
