Chapter 117.5

3rd Person POV

After their wild adventure, the gang told Crash and Tawna that they had to leave. After exchanging their farewells, the gang went back to (Y/N)'s place.

"We're hooooome!" Eve shouted happily.

"If it's alright with you guys , we're thinking about leaving for now," Goh said.

"Really? Why?" (Y/N) asked.

"Yeah. We just thought that we should leave guys to your own adventures for now. And even give you guys the chance to bond with Meloetta a lot more," Ash said.

"Okay. I understand. You guys have your own things to do, right?" (Y/N) said.

"Yeah. It's a shame, I know, but in the end, it is what it is," Goh said before he, Ash, and Pikachu were about to leave. "See ya."

"And make sure to tell us more about your adventures when you have the time!" Ash added before he and the others finally left.

"So, what do we do now, Mama?" Eve asked.

"I guess we'll just have to save our adventure for tomorrow," (Y/N) said.

In the bathroom, (Y/N) is relaxing in the tub. The scent of roses and citrus wafts to the air due to a bath bomb and bath crystals applied in the warm bath. On a wooden tray stood a few sweet treats, a cup of tea, and skincare products. On the arm of the bathtub stood a candle scented of the feeling of walking into a spa. On the wall in front of the (H/C)-ette showed a hologram showing her favorite TV show due to a projector from the opposite side. As (Y/N) continued to relax, she heard a knock on the door.

"Yeah?" She said.

"Mama! Aria sent you another message!" Eve said from the other side of the door.

"Really?" (Y/N) replied.

"Yeah. She just came into the house recently. She was wondering if you were busy with something, so I told here you were taking a bath. Afterward, she decided to message you instead," Eve explained.

"Let me see," (Y/N) before finding her phone on the counter. She went to pick it up and opened up the messaging app. Then, she finally found the new message from Aria.

"(Y/N). There's a new power I'll grant you soon. It's the power of the phoenix which comes from the Phoenix Chalice."

(Y/N) became curious about the "power of the phoenix" Aria mentioned. It would kill her not knowing more about it, so she texted Aria back.

"The power of the phoenix?" She texted.

"Yes. Though as much I would like to give it to you soon, I'm afraid I'll have to delay it.

"How long the delay?" (Y/N) texted.

"Maybe for a long while... After all, it's very powerful," Aria texted back.

"I see. I understand," (Y/N) texted.

"I'm still working on the Mega Stones for Meloetta, though. I'll let you know once they're ready," Aria texted. 

"Got it," (Y/N) said before putting down her phone and going back to the bathtub.

"'Power of the phoenix', huh?" (Y/N) said. She then turned to the hologram and noticed something.

"Shoot! I missed the scene. Oh well."

As soon as she was done with her bath, (Y/N) was discussing with Eve about the new power Aria talked about.

"Phoenix?" Eve said while tilting her head.

"Melo?" Meloetta chimed in.

"Yeah. Aria said she was about to give me this power, but she said she had to delay that due to it being very powerful," (Y/N) said.

"Woah. I bet might be packing a LOT of power," Eve said.

"No kidding," (Y/N) said.

"Melo! Meloetta!" Meloetta said.

"Don't worry, Meloetta. As long as we spend time together and have fun, we'll get your Mega Stones. Okay?" (Y/N) reassured her Pokémon, making it nod.

"Anyway. We'll try and ponder about it later. We should get some sleep and get ready for tomorrow," (Y/N) said.

"Good call, Mama," Eve said.

"Etta," Meloetta said with a nod. 

Then, as soon as (Y/N) applied a face mask on herself, everyone went to sleep.

The next morning came, and everyone was eating breakfast after freshening themselves up. As soon as they're done eating, they put the dishes in the dishwasher and were about to head out.

"Alright. Time to go to our next adventure!" (Y/N) said as everyone went out.
