Chapter 106.5

After their heroic exploits in the Mushroom Kingdom, (Y/N) and others have left for (Y/N)'s home.

"Ah! Home, sweet home!" (Y/N) said with a happy sigh.

Meloetta grew curious about the whole place. It then began to roam around the house with Pikachu escorting it. Meloetta was instantly amazed by the furniture, appliances, and decor.

"I think Meloetta's starting to like this place," Eve said.

"So, it finally hatched from the egg. That's great news," a voice said, startling everyone else. It was Aria.

"Aria?" Eve said, surprised.

"Congratulations on your very first Pokémon, (Y/N)," Aria said. "Make sure you take good care of it, okay?"

"I will. Thanks, Aria," (Y/N) said.

"And I almost forgot. Ash, you're familiar with the fact that Pokémon usually use four moves in battle, right?" Aria asked.

"Yeah, I am!" Ash said.

"They do?" (Y/N) asked.

"Yes. Usually during battles, Pokémon could use up to four moves," Aria explained. "I kind of find it unfair, so I asked myself, 'What if I could allow Meloetta to learn more than five moves?'"

"Seriously? That's amazing!" Eve said.

 "Consider this a gift from me for saving the Mushroom Kingdom. And as soon as that ability for Meloetta is ready, I'll let you know," she said.

"Thanks, Aria," (Y/N) said before Aria smiled and left.

"That's awesome, (Y/N)! You're gonna let Meloetta use 5 or more moves in battle! Can you believe it?" Ash said excitedly.

"Pi~kachu!" Pikachu said, also happy about the news.

"Woah... To think I'll let my Pokémon use more than four moves..." (Y/N) said before turning to Meloetta. She then smiled. "What do you think?"

"Etta! Meloetta!" Meloetta cried with a bright smile.

(Y/N) offered Ash, Pikachu, and Goh to stay at her place, and they agreed. Ash walked downstairs to (Y/N) cooking in the kitchen.

"Are you cooking something?" Ash asked.

"Yeah. It's for... a celebration for meeting Meloetta and Mega Evolution," (Y/N) said. "I asked Eve to keep it company until the food's ready."

"Really? So, whatcha cooking up?" Ash said.

"A couple of things. Just don't tell Meloetta," (Y/N) said.

After a while, (Y/N) was done cooking, she put all of the dishes on the dinner table. It was full of the food (Y/N) cooked with a lot of heart, soul, and hard work.

"Meloetta! Come downstairs!" (Y/N) said.

Then, Meloetta, along with Pikachu, Goh, and Eve, came down the stairs to the table. Meloetta's eyes widen in amazement at the sight of the food.

Everyone then got a cup of juice with Eve giving a cup to Meloetta.

"Cheers to Meloetta arrival to the team, and... NEW ADVENTURES!" (Y/N) said.

Everyone cheered and raised their cups in three cheers. Then, the party began. After the party ended, everyone washed themselves up before gathering at the living room to sleep.

Morning came, and as everyone was getting up and refreshed, (Y/N) was cooking breakfast for everyone while Eve helped out with the dishes. Once it was ready, everyone sat at the cleaned up table and started eating.

"So, where do you think we'll be going to next?" Ash said.

"Hmm... I don't really know," Goh said.

"Me neither. What do you think, Mama?" Eve asked.

"I... don't know," (Y/N) said, making everyone sigh. "But that just makes it exciting, right? Yeah, it's a shame that we don't know, but not knowing about what's coming our way, whether it's fun or dangerous, it wouldn't hurt to go and see for ourselves!"

"Y'know what? I think you might be right about that!" Ash said.

"Pika!" Pikachu cried.

"Yeah. As long as we try to keep our guard up," Goh said.

"True. Then, let's go out there, and see what's in store!" Eve said.

"Meloetta!" Meloetta cried in happiness.

As soon as everyone finished breakfast, everyone then went out the door towards their next adventure. Who knows what awaits them then...
