"Guess we oughta give something for the fans, huh?" Adam yawned, stretching his arms above his head and then rolling to his side.
I was bundled up in his shirt and snuggled against his chest, flicking through my phone. Adam shut his eyes, his breathing slow and consistent.
"Yep.Guess so," I muttered, then held the phone close to me and hit the record button, catching Adam's adorable sleeping face until he suddenly opened his eyes.
"Oh my God, babe," He groaned, covering his face and rolling away. I giggled and the video ended. I quickly added it to my story then went for another one.
I reached over to twirl some of Adam's hair around my finger. "Look at those freckles. You're so cute,"
"Cute?" Adam repeated, groggy. "I'm supposed to look superhot."
"Well, you're that too, obviously."
"Okay, my turn," He said and reached for his phone on the nightstand.
"Now, wait a sec; I don't look as good as you do in the morning, this isn't fair."
"You look beautiful, as always." He said. Within moments I was being subjected to the same treatment I had just put him through.
"Smile, gorgeous," He said,a smile on his lips.
I pulled the blanket up to my chin and shook my head.
"Aw, c'mon baby. Don't you have a reason to smile?"
His foot met mine and I snorted a laugh.
"Oh, God, yeah that was sexy." I said and covered my face.
Adam posted the video, then leaned to kiss me, phone held above us.
"Aaadaamm!" I complained.
"Hey, don't dish it out if you can't take it back." He said smugly, then planted a kiss on my cheek.
After we were showered and dressed for the day, Adam insisted on taking me out to get breakfast at one of the small places on the Main Street. I was in dove gray Capri jeans, Toms, and a tucked-in soft, red button down shirt from Adam.
He was dressed pretty casually too, all things considered; dark jeans, a white t-shirt with a jean jacket vest, and white boots.
My phone was vibrating nonstop on the walk there, and I was finally forced to check the message: we had posted our videos on Instagram and Twitter as well and it was going viral among the Glamberts.
"Dang," I muttered, scrolling through the hundreds of comments. "There are some thirsty comments here, jeez. Ewww," I scrolled quicker, scanning the hate vs. love ratio. Right now it seemed more like love. And a lot of jealousy, but oh well. "Well, we seem to be the 'cutest couple ever.'"
Adam nodded and put his arm around my shoulders. "That's probably because we are."
"They're also wondering where we are."
"Don't tell them,"
"I won't. But I think that if you checked your messages that you'll probably see everyone of your staff totally flipping out about the fact you are nowhere to be found."
Adam gave me a sideways look. "That was freakishly accurate."
I shrugged. "I know how panicky they are. It doesn't matter where I am; they only care about where you are."
"Babe! That isn't true! They should know that if I had it my way, the only place I would ever be, all the time, is right here with you."
"Aw, that's sweet, Ad. Not true, but sweet."
Adam scoffed. "Y'know what? Screw them. All of 'em. I hate having my life controlled and dictated to me by a room of wannabe professionals who are still stuck in their hipster stage. They don't know music, they know how to manipulate and talk money." Adam's tone had turned bitter. He stepped off the sidewalk, dragging me with him into the room, hand holding loosely onto mine.
"FUCK THE WORLD!" He yelled, arms spread wide, face towards the sun. I laughed out loud, adoring the way the sunlight caught his skin, his stubble shading his sharp jaw and his earrings glinting from the rays. He was grinning like an idiot and it was contagious.
I glanced around and saw an old couple staring at us, bent over from age, jaws dropped. A few faces peered from behind blinds and the glass fronts of their stores.
"Adam! Let's not have them hate us already!" I hissed, still laughing.
Adam pulled me to him, arms wrapped around me, and pressed his lips to mine passionately. I completely forgot about the people watching us and melted into Adam, even when his hands roamed a little low and he parted my mouth fiercely.
"Oi! You kids get it out of the street!"
I was about to pull away but Adam kept me close, then flipped the heckler off, leading to a gasp.
"Great, they're going to hate us." I groaned.
"Like I said; screw them all, babe."
(Hiya Glamberts! Sorry this is so short- but I've been out of it lately, and TBH this took me days just to write this little bit. But at least I got there? ;P Just some cute fluff :)
