Chapter 83 - us?

*jessie*

Me and Danny have been back for a week or so now, and it's got to the time where your tan starts to fade. sad times. I loved having time away with danny, it was magical. But it's even better to be back with my baby.

She's getting so big now! she can pull herself up but falls back down, normally they would be crawling by now but nothing. But it will come. Me and Orla are sitting in the lounge with baby tv on. Mind numbing. My phone goes of and I answer it.

*phone call*

Jess: hello, jessie speaking?

Clive: hey! jessie!

Jess: Clive! ahh!

Clive: how are we? how's little one?

Jess: amazing! and great yeah big!

Clive: awh! right, quick question, when are you planing on coming back?

Jess: um I'm not sure haven't really thought about it...

Clive: there's no rush just that you have the rest of the alive tour over here to go. then you need to fly out to the states to write and record the American version.

Jess: ok. So when do you what me?

Clive: when can you do?

Jess: well I can do promo and touring soon-ish but America I would like to leave that till after orlas birthday and the wedding? if that's ok?

Clive: yep sure. So if you could pop in on Friday and we will sort the year out?

Jess: sure see you then!

Clive: great bye!

Jess: bye!

*end of call*

I'm so glad to be going back! I miss touring and the studio! it'll be so good to be back, but I'll need to talk to Danny about working around each other so someone can always be with Orla.

My phone goes off again. popular today.

*phone call*

Jess: hello, jessie speaking?

Victoria: hi, I'm Victoria I'm calling on behalf of st. Mary's church. Am I write in saying you have your wedding booked here for the 14th of may?

Jess: oh hi, yes that is right.

Victoria: I'm really sorry but something has come up, I was wondering if it would be possible to move the date? I'm really sorry!

Jess: ur um I guess...

Victoria: I'm so sorry!

Jess: um no it's fine when can you do?

Victoria: well the next date free is the 28th of june?

Jess: yeah, sure fine.

Victoria: great! thank you so much for understanding! I'm so sorry and I'll see you on the 28th!

Jess: it's fine bye!

*end of call*

Sigh, never mind I'm sure there's an important reason. I pick Orla up of her mat and Place her on my lap.

Jess: can you say mummy? say mummy?

Orla: mmmm

Jess: awh soon maybe...

*danny*

it felt so good to spend today back in the studio, its been awhile! i got home, the house was quiet. i walked upstairs, orla was in her cot fast asleep. she had kicked the blsnket off her, i carefully tucked her back in and closed the door behind me. i walked back towards the stairs, i noticed the balcony door at the end of the hall way slightly open. i walked towards it and slowly opened it, i saw jess sitting on the swinging chair under a blanket.

i silently walked out, i lifted the blanket and sat next to her. we sat in silence looking at the stars and view.

jess: danny... where are we going?

danny: what do you mean?

jess: us? where are we going?

what does she mean?

danny: babe? w-w-what you saying?

jess: *sigh* the wedding has been pushed back a month. maybe its a sign...

danny: w-w-why

jess: something to do with the church and vicor but maybe its a sign, the press think it...

danny: what do you mean the press think it?

jess: headlines today were 'team janny seem to be low, jessie j and danny o'donoghue havent been since or released anything interesting so is the romance finally dead? who know,,,'

what!?

danny: babe dont worry about them, they just want attention and need some stupid bullshit to entertain people. its not a sign at all! i love you and thats a sign, jess you see them stars up there?

i point and see her nod.

danny: you see how bright they shine? thye shine that bright for you, jess i dont want you to go anywhere because them new stars that will shine for you? you wont be able to see them... jess, baby i love you more than anything and through their is a child, our daughter that one day will look up to us and maybe be at least half as happy as us... times are always going to be harder for us as we are in the public eye but jess your my soul mste and they arent going to stop me being with you and us being happy...

i pulled her into a hug.

jess: t-t-thank you... i mean for everything, saving me, finding me, being you, always know what to say... dont ever change or leave me, and orla shes going to be so proud to call you her dad...

danny: i hope so... come on lets go eat!

i picked her up in a bridal lift and walked in.

danny: now this is a sign...

i winked and we both laughed and went to the kitchen to eat a curry jess had made...
