She was one of the best employee of the RFJ Group of Companies. The ever reliable and the ever quick witted secretary of the President, Mr. Richard Faulkerson, Sr. She has been in the company for almost two years now and at the age of 22, she is the youngest executive secretary to the President. To be honest, she undergo intensive application before she was given this position. In addition of having a superior IQ, she looked much, much older than her real age . In fact, during the interview she was even doubted of her age, 20 going on 21... They really thought she is somewhat around late twenties... However, she was no longer surprised of that mistake, since that is not the first time she was called for age falsification. Why?
Well, she wears a black rimmed old school eyeglasses and wears her gain in a low bun. She even wears an a-line shirt on top of her white laced long sleeves which she buttoned up until the crook of her neck. She don't do accessories as well. Aside of her reliable Rolex watch, she only wears a necklace. In short, she is a modern day Ms. Tapia. As the interview progresses, they were surprised at the superiority of her brain, she was not only solved and passed clerical assessment but beyond that. She was able to propose a resolution on any given situation on a precise manner it should be arrange of. She was even thinking ahead of the pros and cons of every problem presented to her during her panel interview. Concise and precise. Thus earning her the privilege to become an executive secretary to the President.
She felt awkward at first coz most of their secretaries are twice her age, and yet she has become the secretary to the President. Fortunately, the company practices anti-bullying. And that was the reason why she was able to continue her position. She was thankful though, that some of her colleagues, keep their mum to themselves.

"Good morning, Sir! How's your day so far?" Maine asked his boss...
"OK naman kami and by the way, can you check if we could have a very brief meeting today on one of the conference room? And if you could squeeze out some of my meetings to be rescheduled by tomorrow, Maine...!" Mr. Faulkerson, Sr. asked her.
"I can't promise Sir, but I will try, most of your meetings today were urgent, some of which are our highly profiled clienteles... But let me see what I can do, Sir...!" Maine said.
"OK, just give me the details when you finalized my schedule today and tomorrow...!" Faulkerson, Sr said.
"Ok, Sir, no problem... But first things first, what time are you going to use the conference room, Sir so I could give holler to the marketing team to postponed their monthly meeting for a while...!" Maine asked.
"Oh, just an hour or two... I just need to speak to my lawyer and one important person. And by the way, you need to be in this meeting as well, okay?" Mr. Faulkerson, Sr. said.
"Okay, no problem, Boss...!" Maine said. "I will go now and arrange your schedule today and again sir, what time will the meeting be?" Maine added...
"I don't have any idea what time will he be here so be prepared. And make sure that my meetings will all be in the afternoon and tomorrow morning...!" Mr. Faulkerson, Sr., said.
"Uhmmm, okay???" Maine said, kinda confused...
"Maine, medyo kasi komplikado yung taong kakausapin natin, and to give you heads up medyo rude siya... And I still don't know if he will take on my challenge...!" Mr. Faulkerson, Sr. said...
"Oh, well, I think I know Sir, whom you are talking about... And please, don't be sorry Sir, its not you... Its "him". So let me take my leave and run your journal for today and be productive...!" Maine said before turning her back on his boss...
She was about to open the door when someone came in without warning...
"Wow... The face I just want to see this morning... Or let me correct myself, the face that will greet me every morning... The nerd...!" As Richard Faulkerson, Jr., greeted her... She was shocked to say the least but was able to compose herself right away...
"Yes, good morning to you, too, Boss Devil... Let me welcome myself to hell then...!" Maine said and grab the door knob to close it when she went out...
