"This is it, be ready! I want everyone alive after this!"
Upon hearing it, Richard told everyone to release the heat thermal scanner and then take out the electricity of the building! After doing this, he got up and this time tap the back of the general and said,
"Not even you can stop me now for taking my "life" back!" with all conviction.
"Yes please! Take back my number one captain for me... I want her alive no matter what!" The general said, patting the back of Richard as well.
"Bayola, take over. You will be our eye inside. Make sure that all the thermal scanner are working to our advantage!" He said.
Tumakbo palabas si Richard at hindi naglaon, nakarinig na siya ng mga putok galing sa loob ng gusali.
Captain Mendoza, on the hand, successfully took off her bond. She kicked two of the goons and gunned down the third one. She immediately run towards the basement to meet the others. She then broke the flare she carried to light up her way towards the basement, since the electricity is already out as it was planned. While walking towards the basement, she spied on a lying body near the elevator and carefully checked who it was. She spied it was Kuya Eric! She immediately checked the pulse and sign in relief as she heard the heartbeat. She then checked his status and found out that he was knocked out by a whack on the head with a gun, though he had a gunshot on his shoulder blades.
"Kuya Eric, Kuya Eric!" Panggigising niya na may kasamang marahang tapik sa pisngi nito. Umungol ang Juli at bahagyang nagising.
"Ayos ka lang ba?" Maine said. "Ma'am? OK lang po, medyo nahihilo." Kuya Eric said. "Dito ka lang, Kuya! Itago mo ang sarili mo. Paampatin mo ang pagdurugosa balikat mo at ipapakuha kita dito! Naiintindihan mo ba ako?" Maine said with conviction. "Opo, Ma'am! Mag-iingat po kayo!" Sagot ni Kuya Eric na tinulungan pa ng kapitan na makaupo. "Dito ka lang, isasara ko ang pinto para hindi ka nila makita at wag ka ring gagawa ng ingay mila dito, okay?" Maine said, habang inaalalayan na makapasok ito ng maayos sa likod ng pinto. "Alis na ako, Kuya! Gawin mo yung mga bilin ko habang wala pa yung kukuha sa iyo!" Pahabol niya bago marahang isara ang pinto. Nang makalabas, nakarinig siya ng mga yabag na siyang nagpatago sa kanya sa isang sulok! "T**ginang babae yan, may sa palos pa yata! Akalain mong nalusutan sila Emman! Lagot tayo kay Boss nito!" Narinig niya mula sa dalawang papalayong kalaban. Nagpatuloy na siya at maya-Maya pa narinig na niya ang mga palitan ng putok at hiyawan ng mga empleyado! Nagulat pa siya ng may tumapik sa likod niya! "Captain, good to see you! Eto na ang mga gamit mo!" Peralta said. "And what in the world are doing here, Sarge?" Captain Mendoza said. "Reporting for duty, Captain!" Sgt. Peralta said. "May laban po ang tropa e! Hindi pwedeng wala ako sa cha-cha!" Peralta said. "Kung ganun, siguraduhing mong buhay kayong babalik sa HQ!" Maine said after returning back the salute! Captain Mendoza then put on her full tactical gear.

She had her infrared since the electricity is already down at the whole building. She also checked her earpiece for thermal scanner information of the enemy's current location.
"Guys, be ready! I am going in! I told you before, I want everyone alive! I will bore unto your body whatever bullets left here on my guns! You got that?" Maine said. She knows everyone hears her. She also checked if the thing was bugged and good thing, their communication was not bugged.
She then, enters again in the same path she took going on here, she told Peralta to get Eric from his location and get him to safety before going back. Peralta agreed and upon reaching Eric, he then took the wounded man and be gone in seconds.
"What's the scenario?" Maine asked. "Three on the left wing and five on the right!" Bayola said upon reading the device in front of him.
"They got both sides, I will take the five on the right and you will take the three on the left. The five's location is near the hostages, if I am not mistaken! We need first to get into the priority area before going to a full blown war with this group! You got that? Is that clear?" Maine said.
"You should at least take one of us for your backup, instead of you going alone?" Faulkerson said. "What are you doing here, Lieutenant? Who is manning the thermal?" Maine asked incredulously. She had already programmed him to step out of the full blown war by giving him the command of the second team to make sure he is safe! But, the hell is he doing here?
"Taking my "life" back! I won't allow anyone to hurt you no matter what! Whoever lays there hand on you and hurt will answer to me, and it will start now!" Richard said with conviction.
"But -- " Maine was about to retaliate.
"No buts, I am here to make sure you are safe from everything! I want you in my life permanently and I will not allow anyone to take you away from me, I forbid it!" And can't help but hold Mendoza's hand.
Captain on the other hand, was a bit surprised with Faulkerson's outburst and can't help feel giddy of him.
Everyone cheers and smile upon hearing the declaration.
"Siguraduhin ninyong lahat na buhay kayong lalabas sa laban na ito hihigop pa tayo ng mainit na sabaw! Hiyaw ni Peralta na nagpakilig sa team, nagpangiti Kay Richard at nagpapula ng pisngi ng kapitan...
