Maine could not help it kundi palihim na lang manggigil sa inis! Paano ba naman siya makaka pag trabaho ng maayos nito kung may dalawang intindihin pa siya! Neophyte pa yung kasama niya sa ganitong mission! Kargo pa niya ito e! Pag may nangyari dito, sagutin ko pa kay general ito!
"Focus, Maine! Focus!" Maine's chants as she is checking the map in front her!
"Guys, I want you to make sure tomorrow that we are capable of talking to each other! I don't need you physically on the field. I just need you to prepare when I need to take the child to safety! Please coordinate with MPD. Gusto ko mabilis ang pagligtas ng bata! Idadaan siya sa ilog, kaya kailangan ko ng lookout sa ilog plus sasakyan para mailayo ang bata! Maaasahan ko ba yun, General?" Maine said.
"On call... Ready as you are, Captain!" The general said, teasing her. She just roll her eyes and turned her back to everyone!
"I'll be out! Make sure that Peralta will not escape nor harmed! I need every piece of meat from him! He will be my key to turn this group down once and for all!" Maine said and got her keys of her Ducati, iikutin niya ang lugar!
She is getting ready with her gear when someone grab her from behind!
"Captain, masyadong padalos-dalos ang desisyon mo! Halatado ang high end na motor mo kung yan ang gagamitin mo! Magtataka pa ang makakakita kung bakit may maganda ng motor na dadaan sa isang hindi na masyadong daaning lugar! Dead give-away yun, Captain!" Richard said teasingly!
"Oo nga naman, bakit naman kasi distracted ka na naman, Maine e! Pinasama lang sa grupo at nagprisintang samahan ka, nawawala ka na!" Bulong ni Maine sa sarili. She then fish some keys on the bowl and got a newly restored car. It was an old yellow volkswagen! Just plain yellow, karag-karag ang hitsura ng labas... It was old and battered. Maine opened it and ride it and Richard decided to follow her inside. Nagulat si Richard na maayos ang loob nito! At hindi lang maayos, high tech din!

The car's interior has everything on it, a video camera, a monitor at mg controllers. It even has radio monitors inside. Sobrang astig. Ang tingin niya ginagamit nila ang sasakyan na ito for surveillance. The back of the us equip of high-powered guns and ammo. "Who?" Richard asked in awe. "Nico." Maine replied "Wohh! Ang galing!" Richard said, checking the details. "Yeahhh... He is a cool guy, Lieutenant!" Maine said sarcastically. "Ohh, sorry Captain!" Medyo nahihiyang sabi ni Richard pero hindi nawawala ang ngiting pang-asar!
"Ang cute niya tingnan! Asar na asar pero pigil! Ang sarap kurutin ng pisngi at panggigilan mg halik!" Sabi ni Richard sa isip! "Malamang magamit sa akin ang mga baril dito kung naririnig niya lang ako! Hay, nerd! Napakacute mo! Uggghhh!" Gigil na sabi ni Richard sa isip!
"Ano kaya kung barilin ko ito ngayon? Ayyy, wag na lang! Sayang ang lahi! Guwapo pa naman, biceps lang, ulam na, may dimple pa! Wait... Wait... At saan nanggaling iyon, Nicomaine???? Gising!!! Dapat iwasan! Mayabang yan!!! Nicomaine! Nicomaine!" Saway ni Maine sa sarili sabay simangot!
Maine started the engine and drive faster. She killed the road with her 180 km/h speed! Richard on the other hand, was surprised suffice to say shocked! Volkswagen cannot go that fast, meaning, its exterior was preserve for low key surveillance but everything in it is advance! They could even let the car stayed at that road without being suspicious!
Maine concentrated on driving and they were at the area after almost thirty minutes. That was some driving huh? Anyways, Maine parked the car not on the same street but on the street across. They need to be careful. Maine silently did something on her side and before the minute is up, she's back to being her nerd self again!

She looked like the classic matandamg dalaga ang Richard almost laughed out loud seeing her nerdy look again! Who would have thought that this nerdy looking girl hides a very brave, compassionate and beautiful woman!
"Lieutenant, don't laugh at my get up again! Nor call me nerd again, or I'm gonna smack your your face now! You are under my team! You better shut that mouth!" Maine said.
"Lambing ko lang yun, Captain!" Richard said with matching pa-boyish look pa.
"Pa-yummy pa ito! Pero in fairness, yummy naman talaga! What???? Nicomaine kelan ka pa nagpabebe?" Maine said to herself, I am the captain for goodness sake! And I am in the middle of serious business here! Focus!
"Shut up, Lieutenant!" She said. "Aye, aye, Captain!" Richard playfully saluted to her. Maine stopped talking and remained quiet to set her emotions at hand again! She needs to focus, buhay ng isang bata ang nakasalalay dito!
They have reached their destination and decided to do undercover. Maine went outside and instigate a drama!
"Ohhh, fuck! Of all times na pwedeng masiràan ngayon pa!" Maine shouted and kicked the car's tire! She was so frustrated.
"Sorry po, Ma'am! Hindi ko po na-check yung makina ng sasakyan e!" Richard said, went outside of the car as well, following the drama!
"You better make sure na maayos mo ito or else...!" Maine threatened and walked out.
Binabaybay niya ang kahabaan ng daan and since she has a picturesque mind, she mentally remember all the details she needed for the rescue! She even tried to cross the road apparently she saw from her pheriperal eye view some movements in the abandoned building. She made sure they won't suspect anything from this skit kaya nagpapadyak na lang siya! Good thing though, she was sure now that there is really a scene on this building. They were able to verify its legitimacy! She turned her back her old car and she heard Richard says that the car was already fixed. And off they went back to the team for discussion!
