The "Meeting"

In the conference room, everyone was so busy talking to each other regarding the upcoming "bosses" of the company. Everything was clear to them that the takeover was due to the Faulkerson Senior's decision to at least salvage whatever was left of the company. It was an inevitable decision to save the whole company from plummeting down. But what really puzzled them was the new "nerd". Hindi lamang dahil sa curious sila na anak pala ito ng isang malamang angkan at kilalang-kilalang Buena familia, pero itinago niya ang totoong pagkatao nito, but mas mahalaga sa kanila kung paano sila haharapin ng dalaga!

The Faulkersons, both the Junior was the first to enter the conference, thus eliciting a respectful vow from all the employees present. Everyone was informed that there will be no revamp of employees, but a major re-shuffle is about to happen. Whatever their current position is can be change especially if the new management deemed it necessary. This as well illicit different reaction from the employees, some accepted it positively, some undefined. But one thing is for sure, everyone is still thankful that they will be retained in the company. After some questions being answered by the Faulkersons, Richard stood up para sunduin na ang mga Mendoza. Came in first is the Mendoza patriarch, followed by Nico and Nicomaine then Paolo, then Richard. All the employees bowed as respect and make themselves again comfortable to hear the new management.

"Good morning everyone!" Mr. Mendoza Senior greeted everyone to get their full attention.
"Good morning, Sir!" Almost everyone responded. Some just nod with a small smile on their faces.
"I know that you are all informed about the take over of this company. And mostly alam nyo na rin ang nangyayari when something like this happened, kaya expect some changes in this new management, be it minor or major changes, but as of this time, for us, the new management assured all of you that you will all continue to work in this company, if you deemed you still want to work alongside with us. We are happy to still have you in our company. But for setting your expectations properly, each one of you will either be moved depending sa qualifications at naging trabaho nyo dito. In short, each one of you will be reevaluated again based on your work and achievements. Just so you know, we Mendozas don't believe sa palakasan, we want good results but not onto the expense of others!" Mr. Mendoza said. 

"And to give you heads up of one of the major changes in this company at this moment, is that Mr. Richard Faulkerson, Jr will still be the CEO of this company!" Mr. Mendoza said and look at everyone for any reaction.  Everyone started clapping as if everyone received a very good news after this merger. 

Richard, on the other hand was surprised of the announcement and he was about to ask why when he heard Mr. Mendoza talked again.

"And alongside him is my daughter, Ms. Nicomaine Mendoza.  They will share the same responsibilities and function. So that means, every decisions on this company, should be both approved by each of them!" Mr. Mendoza said na nagpangiti Kay Richard at nagpatahimik sa lahat. 

"Any questions?" Mr. Mendoza asked.  At sadya nga yatang meron talagang mga tao ang medyo matabil at tumayo at nagsalita.

"Sir, how sure are you that Ms. Mendoza is capable of handling this company as CEO? We want assurance that this company will survive its current state kasi we need security also when its come to our job." Charity asked.

"May I know your name, Miss so that I could address you properly?" Nico asked all of sudden. He felt animosity from the asking lady and he can't help but stood up against his sibling.
"Charity Sir and you are?" The lady said.
"Oh, I forgot, for your information everyone especially to you, lady, I am Nico Mendoza, the older brother of Nicomaine Mendoza! Sounds familiar?" Nico said, smirking.  Hindi niya gusto ang tono ng babae.
"Yes, I am the CEO of Mendoza Motors International!" He added.
Charity was surprised and at the same time started to get uncomfortable but Nico is not yet done.
"For your information, Ms. Mendoza here is the current CEO of Mendoza Chain of Hotels and we all know that they are currently expanding abroad. In fact, it is Ms. Mendoza's effort and hardworking, of why these expansion is happening right now and apart from that Mendoza Chains of Hotels are currently enjoying their fair share of the market for being number one! And working here to keep your work secured is just an added challenge to her.  In fact, she can say goodbye to this company anytime for all she care, sa laki ng responsibilidad niya sa mas malaking company kesa dito.  She could have had let this company slide to its end kung wala siyang pakialam sa mga tao dito! So respect her! Kung feeling nyo kaya nyo siya then go challenge her!" Nico said smirking.
"Nico, stop that! No need to brag, let her! Sorry about that, Ms. Charity!" Maine said and proceeded on what she will be saying.
"I know that everyone of you are still surprised of who I really am and I apologized for that but nonetheless, I am for the take over of this company not for me but for all of you.  I  am willing to work alongside with you to pull this company up again back to its success again! Should you have any suggestion please feel free to discuss it with us.!" Maine said.  Everyone was surprised though with her twang!

"I want you to treat her as you treat me and my father! Any disrespect or foul words from you in regards to her, you will answer to me and to the whole company! Understand?" Richard was flushed because of the exchange and no one should belittle his fiancee!

A/N : Sorry for the lonnnnnnnnggggggggg waitttttttttttt... I am really, really, really sorryyyyyy! I'm just to busy with everything.... Short update muna, after this balik action tayo, since every character is now out of the open... Hehehe... No holds bar na ang action nito... Hehehe... Pero siyempre with harot on the side pa din...
