Upon reaching the dance floor, Richard hook his arm at Maine's waist.  Maine could not help but flinched at the touch.  Richard notice this and smile his megawatt smile to add more charm.  Maine was taken aback and was almost mesmerized, however the faster she almost fall to the trap, the fastest her realization that he is flirting to share to her to his bed.  Maine acted fast, she smiled her most beautiful smile and this time it was Richard who was taken aback, but unlike Maine...
"You have the most beautiful smile I have ever seen.  Its as if the sun shine on me!" Richard said, sincerity on his voice.
"Why, thank you!" Maine said.
"You are very much welcome!" Richard said.
"Well, this is the first time I saw you with Paolo, are you friends with him?" Richard asked.
"I think you are trying to strike a conversation here, coz your question's answer is quite obvious...!" Maine said.
"Ohhh, sorry about that!" Richard said, medyo namula...
"Anyways, so were you... This is the first time I saw you with Paolo... So are you friends with him as well?" Maine said, sarcasm slightly laced her voice.
"Obviously as well... And you repeated my questions...!" Richard said, slightly annoyed.
"Annoying right? I mean asking a questions with a very obvious answer...!" Maine said with a smirk...
"Point taken... By the way, are you a regular here? Coz I am, and this is the first time I saw you...!" Richard said.
"That answered your questions... You are the regular and you haven't seen me often so I therefore conclude, I do come here once in a while...!" Maine said, a glint on her eyes.

"Nakakainis na ha? Basag na basag diskarte ko e... Kung hindi ka lang maganda, nungka magtiyaga akong makipag-usap sa iyo!" Richard said inwardly.

The music turned up a bit to pump up the night.  Maine and Richard moved their bodies according to the beat.  Richard, is getting turned on, on the way her hips moved, her waist and her face.  She is so sweetly seductive.  Not the "bastusin" type but innocently seductive.  He is getting turned on, with the way she stares at him.  He can see emotions on her eyes and right now, he is seeing desire, anger and defiance.  He could no longer contain it, he again hooked his hand on her waist, desire on his mind, just a kiss, even a peck... That's what his mind says...  Maine stared at him as well, as if mesmerized, smiled at him, she is putting her game on the next level. 
When their face almost touched, Maine suddenly flinched and acted as if someone bumped into her.
"Ouch, mind your step, please! You are getting other people hurt!" Maine blurted out.
"Maine, are you okay?" Richard asked, kinda disappointed because of the interrupted kiss.
"I'm okay! This -- !" Maine said, and acted surprised when she saw that it was Paolo.
"Oh, its you! Kurutin kita sa singit e, muntik na akong maapakan!" Maine said.
"Sorry! Kalat-kalat ka kasi, yan liit mong yan, matatapakan ka talaga!" Paolo said, when he saw Maine wink, as if giving him a signal to cooperate.
"Grabe ka talaga sa akin, Paolo! Anyways, Paolo, I have to go, maaga pa pasok ko bukas!", Maine said.
"But..." Richard protested.
"Just because I share a dance with you, you're gonna take me home tonight, dahlin'! Try it to others, maybe in a minute or two, you will find someone's willing!" She tap Richard's face and went out.
Richard was so surprised he actually had his mouth open.  He run through the exit door and was met by a roaring motorcycle.  He saw Dei at the motorcycle before she put on her helmet.  She maneuvered in front of him, open her helmet, winked and then speed up to where she is going.

"Fuck, that damn was hot! And she was able to dodge my advances.  I need to find that girl... But how? Hmmm, Paolo!" He ran back at the bar and look for Paolo.  All he ever think of right now is to know can he find that girl again... He felt like he stole something from him but he doesn't know what...

He found Paolo at the same table.  He asked Paolo, point blank...
"Paolo, can I have her number? I want her...!" Richard said.
"Spare her.  She is not part of your league...!" Paolo said.
"She flirted and she got away unscathed, you think I will leave it like that?" Richard was quite annoyed.
"Then that is your problem! Leave her alone...!" Paolo said.
"Why? Is she yours?" Richard asked, irritated upon realizing other guy's hands are roaming against Dei's body...  He can actually see red...
"You know me, she is not my preference but she don't deserve someone like you either... Spare her...!" Paolo said with a warning..
He realized that Paolo won't budge his resolve and he is frustrated. He is totally frustrated.

"Fuck, what is happening to me? Why I was mesmerized by that face? No, I need to forget her, I need a hook up, it will take my mind off her!" Richard said inwardly.

He tried to look for a possible hook-up and he did not ended zero... In fact, he had at least five offered night cap but when he was about to give in to the offer, the face of that girl popped up from his mind and he automatically says no...

"Ahhhh, fuck! What is happening to me? Who is that girl? She was somewhat familiar but no, I haven't seen her before tonight...!" Richard signed inwardly.  He then decided to go home and have some rest.  He knew that all his attempt for a night cap is futile, he will never be satisfied until he can see that girl again, but how?" Richard added...
