Paolo received a call from Richard, inviting him to go out. Good thing that his appointment was already done. He was getting giddy at the tramspiring story in front of him. Sa totoo lang, he thinks bagay ang two... (Hehehe.. Conyo?) Anyways, he was surprised at the transformation of Maine when she came out of her room earlier. She was like ibang tao earlier. He was wondering kasi how Maine managed to elude Richard not to recognize her. He has an idea why Richard is calling him and inviting him over. Kinukulit siya sa number ni Madame.... Hahaha... Tingnan ko lang what will Richard feel if he discover that the girl she is looking for is right under his nose. And that is the first. Richard don't think of Amy woman that much, and don't even interested in getting a woman's phone number. Once he is done, women were discarded. He is not even interested in getting the girl's name right! And this is the first he saw Richard scrambling to his feet just to ran after the girl. And this is the first time as well that Dei is being affected to a guy. With others, she just shrugged off his shoulders and walk away. But with this one, he can fire and defiance when they were talking about Richard. Well, Paolo is hooked.
The meeting with Richard is at a McDonald's fastfood near their office. They both agreed to it voz they both crave for a frozen royal. As they sit, Richard asked right away about Dei. "Paolo, did you ask Dei if I could take her number from you?" Richard asked. "No response yet. Wait, I will try to ask her!" Paolo said and texted Maine. He dropped the phone in front of them to let Richard peek on Dei's response.

"Ay! tangina...!" Richard suddenly blurted out...
"Oyyy, bakit may pag mura? Inaano ka niya?" Paolo reprimanded him...
"Sorry, pero kelan pa naging hot ang uminom sa plastic cup and straw with an M on it!" Richard said almost shouting... Napahalakhak si Paolo...
"Save mo yung picture, dude! Air drop mo sa akin...!" Richard excitedly told Paolo...
"Ay! Tangina, ako kanina pa higop ng higop dito, walang comment, siya pati picture save mo pa! O di siya na ang hot...!" Paolo said. Natawa na lang si Richard.
"Ano??? Driving around the metro? Wala ba siyang work?" Richard asked, got curious...
"Suspended yan, one week! Sinagot ba naman ang boss e!" Paolo said...
"Bakit niya sinagot? Taking advantage ba?" Richard said..
"Buti nga sana kung ganun e, kaso iniinsulto ng boss niya dahil sa looks niya plus sinasabihan pa ng mga below the belt line, ayun e di sumagot!" Paolo said, checking Richard's reaction... "E siraulo pala ang boss niya e...!" Richard said, still clueless... "Oo nga, tanga pa! He didn't know he has a rare gem right in front of him, and yet...!" Paolo said, medyo off dahil sa katangahan ng kaibigan... "Anyways, ano yung pinaghahandaan niya for tomorrow?" Richard asked again... "Hmm., secret... Richard, don't ask more about Mai--- Dei! Kasi if you want to know her more, ask no more, I respect her privacy... Anyways, I could ask na lang if pwede yung number niya bigay ko sa iyo... Hindi kasi niya binibigay number kung kani-kanino lang e...!" Paolo said. "A, ganun ba? Sige, forward mo na lang if pwede...!" Richard said, sadness laced on his voice... "One thing is for sure though, she is not your typical girl... She is more than meets the eye type of girl... She is way beyond, so please spare her...!" Paolo said softly... "I don't know... I am too curious about her and I can't simply just ignore her...!" Richard said... "Please do if you are not sure, you have lots of spare, not her... Stay away from her, she doesn't know how to play your game... As a friend, will you make a promise to spare her?" Paolo said. "Sorry dude but...!" Richard said but was interrupted by a phone ring...
Paolo knew it was Dei, based on her assigned ringtone... He answered it right away...
"Who?" Richard asked... He had a hunch that it is Dei... "A friend... Anyways, where were we?" Paolo asked, trying to divert the topic. "Sparing Dei... Dude, to tell you honestly, I am confused right now about her... I am also wondering why am I so mesmerized with her. Yes, she is very beautiful but I am drawn on her when she talks... She is sexy but I am more interested on her innocent smile... I really like to know her better... There is something on her that makes me want to see her again...!" Richard said, confusion on his face... Paolo saw his confusion as well but it is her best friend they are talking about. He don't want her best friend got hurt because Richard is a certified womanizer for all he know... Yes, he is a friend but he don't know totally his story. Richard is like a mystery to everyone and as for Dei, he don't her caught in that mystery... Coz he knows, Dei deserve so much more...
