"I don't like the way that security guard looked at me." I mumbled to Kat as we walked behind Ski and Jah.
"I know. I felt that glare too."
"They ain't gonna try and kill us right?" I whispered as I clutched Jamal close.
"Let's hope not." She looked back cautiously. "Ugh where's the restroom?" She asked Ski.
"You okay, baby?" He looked at her with concern.
She shook her head. "I feel like imma throw up."
"C'mon." He led Kat to the back.
I sighed and shook my head. "She a liar."
"Hmm?"
"Nothing." I said as I wrapped his arm around my shoulder.
He chuckled and pulled me closer, kissing on my forehead and Jamal's. "Y'all go'n hang out in the back or on the side?"
"I don't like being in the back room cause then I can't hear whatever goes on- on stage." I shrugged, playing with the hem of his hoodie.
"Okay well there's a lot of niggas here. If anyone touches up on you, you gotta tell me."
"Can't nobody touch up on me, I'd knock they ass out."
He glared at me. I could hear the crowd chanting 'X'.
"Jah go already." I giggled.
"You go'n promise me?"
"Yes! Go!"
"Jamal, if any boy touch mommy, you have to hit him okay?" Jah said holding his fist to Jamal's.
"Yess Dada!" He held his fist to his too.
He pecked my lips before walking out to the stage.
I chuckled as I noticed he went out there barefoot I walked to the side of the stage. The crowd couldn't see me.
"How you guys doing today?" He spoke into the mic.

I put my phone back into my pocket. Ski and Kat are still in the bathroom. They might just leave. Kat isn't feeling good.
"Do you guys know 'revenge'?" Jah asked the crowd.
I cheered along with them and Jamal. He clapped his hands together and smiled showing his gums. "Mama, daddy sing?"
"Mhm, baby." I kissed his cheek.
"Yeah?" He smiled slightly and turned to Gabe. "Play 'revenge'."
I smiled because I know that song is dedicated to Jocelyn.
