"Skidamarink a-dink a-dink. Skidamarink a-doo. I love you. Skidamarink a-dink a-dink. Skidamarink a-doo. I love you. I love you in the morning. And in the afternoon. I love you in the evening. And underneath the moon. Skidamarink a-dink a-dink. Skidamarink a-doo. I love you." I sung to Jamal as i watched him fall asleep.
Jah too.
He just back from playing football with some kids.
Hes tired as hell.
I'm just glad he took a shower because Sweaty Jah is not always Sexy Jah.
I carefully crawles off the bed and tiptoed into the kitchen. I'm hungry. Shit I'm kinda in the mood for cucumbers with lemon and salt.
If you haven't eaten that, you've not lived. Its fucking delicious.
I grabbed the cucumber from the fridge and ran it under the sink water.
BARK! BARK!
I turned to see Sora and Roxas sitting by the backyard door. I opened it for them and they ran out freely. I left it slightly open, in case they wanna come back in.
I went back to the kitchen and cut up a few lemons and slices of cucumber.
Knock knock
I know damn well there aint nobody interrupting my snack time. I-
I huffed and went to open the front door and jumped when I felt arms wrap around me.
"Oh my god, I'm so happy for y'all!"
I furrowed my brows at her. "I'm sorry...who are you?"
She pulled away and chuckled. "Oh I'm sorry! I'm Jahseh's sister!"
I tilted my head. "You wouldn't believe how many people fake being related to him. I dont mean to not believe you but whats your name?" I said trying to nice as fuck.
"Ariana." She smiled. "Arianna Onfroy."
I smiled back. "Come in. Jahseh just got home from playing football with some kids. I can go wake him up if you want."
She shook her head. "No let him sleep. I want to get to know you."
I nodded and sat down on couch. "I'm sorry this is the first time we meet."
"Don't be. Sometimes Jahseh can be...how do you say it?"
"Forgetful? Rude? Petty?"
She nodded. "Exactly. We were weird siblings. He'd always try to call the police on me when we were younger because I tried to make him do his homework."
I chuckled. "Really?"
She nodded. "My brother did not like being told what to do. I guess thats why my momma had a hard time disciplining him."
"Was he always like this?"
"No not really. He did have a lot of energy in him though. Then started acting out around age 14. I'm still not sure why. He never really expressed himself around us. He stayed in his room 24/7."
"Sounds like me." I chuckled.
"How'd you guys meet?"
"Oh we met at LBC. The behavior correctional facility in broward."
