you snapped your eyes opened as your saw yourself in an unfamiliar place. you stood up from where you were laid down and looked around, then you heard footsteps coming closer to you.

you backed up and held up your fists to a pink gem and a boy wearing pink jacket. "who are you?! and where am i?!" you yelled at them, the boy raised his hands in attempt to calm you down.

"easy. my name is steven universe, savior of the galaxy. welcome to era 3 and this is spinel." steven introduced himself then pointed at spinel as he said her name.

you looked at the pink gem, you squinted your eyes then you remember what happened in the forest. "you... you're the one who help me." you started to walk closer to spinel.

spinel gulped and started to feel slightly intimidated from the massive height difference. you kneeled down and softly grabbed her hand "thank you. i owe you great debt." you said with your head hung low.

spinel doesn't know what to do or say in this situation "it's no problem uh..." she trailed off as she doesn't know your name. you looked up at the pink gem and stood up "y/n." spinel nodded "you don't really have to that, and you're welcome."

"alright. spinel why don't you show y/n around beach city?" steven said, spinel looked at the gem hybrid and nodded. "c'mon, i'll show ya the good stuff in this city." spinel said to you with a big smile.

as the two of you got to the broadwalk, you can see different types of gems walking around with some humans. "how much did i miss... does the diamonds know about this?" you asked spinel.

spinel nodded "yeap, the diamonds changed thanks to mr. steven universe. now the galaxy is now in peace.." spinel trailed off again as she started to remember what she did to this planet.

"uhm... are you okay?" you asked as you felt something wrong with the slinky, spinel looked up to you and smiled "yeh!! oh, look. do you want some pizza?" spinel pointed at the pizza place.

you looked confused "pi..zza??" spinel giggled at your uncertainty, she wrapped her arm around yours and started pulling you into the place.

she pushed the door open and the smell of fresh pizza instantly hit your nostrils... kinda. spinel lean you to an empty table, then a gem greeted the two of you and threw the menu.

spinel caught it and opened it to look at the food, "whaddya want?" spinel asked while looking up at the menu, you raised a brow as you looked around the place.

"uh... anything, i guess." you said, spinel giggled again. "heyy!! we'll a large pepperoni!!" spinel shouted at the gems who are behind the counter then threw the menu back at them and they caught it with ease.

"one large peps!!" the steaming hot pepperoni came out of the counter, this time the humans are the one to serve the pizza into the tables. spinel fished steven's wallet out and pulled out some money, she grabbed it before the two of you left.

you looked at the pizza, it's steam going up, the melted cheese and pepperoni smells absolute heaven. you grabbed one, you can feel the hotness of the pizza but you can take it.

you looked at it's all sides before taking a bite out of it, the hot cheese created a string then you snapped your eyes open and smiled at the flavor.

spinel looked at you as you slurped up the cheese string and continued to take few more bites before taking another one. "spinel, try it!!" you offered.

spinel smiled and grabbed a slice then took a bite off it, she yelped as a cheese string is made when she pulled away. you chuckled at her reaction, spinel looked at you with a slight blush.

"that was cute."
