" lemme get a good look of the menagerie! "

the unknown gem said from above as she made her eye look like a telescope, you just had to be in the wrong place in a wrong time. you're beside steven who's uncertain who this new gem is, even the crystal gems doesn't know.

"you must amethyst, you must be garnet- and pink diamond's pearl. wow, she took you with her. isn't that just swell?!" she said to the crystal gems then her eyes landed you on.

"whatcha name dolly? whatta doin' hangin' out with those losers?" the gem said and her brooklyn accent came in, you don't know if you're supposed see that as hot or.... hot.

you didn't answer the gem which made her irritated "whateva, i'll talk ya in a minutes sweetie." she said in a sickly sweet tone, then the gem jumped down of her ride and started bouncing around, playing with everybody.

you looked in horror as you saw the crystal gems' gem laid on the floor, steven's bloody body with his arm severed and his gem shattered within his naval.

you clasped your hand onto your mouth and let tears fall to your cheeks, then the gem who's name is spinel which she obviously told you about that, came up to you and kneeled down.

"i'll ask you again. what's your name?" you trembled as the gem leaned closer even more "y- y/n.." you muttered, spinel grinned and grabbed your hand to pull you up.

"well y/n... how bout we ditch this place huh?" you looked back at your friends hoping on of the gems would reform and help you, but spinel covered your view with her glowing rejuvenator.

"don't worry doll, i ain't gonna hurt ya with it." she retracted her weapon and placed it inside her gem, spinel wrapped her arm around your waist and jumped off the cliff landing on top of steven's roof.

you're obviously terrified when the gem suddenly jumped off without a warning, spinel looked at the mini observatory and went down the roof to kick it's door open.

the observatory has it's plants in it and a wrap pad in the middle, spinel walked towards it and placed you down on the platform. you don't know what this gem has planned for you, you can't run. do you really think you can run from an elastic gem?

then the wrap pad activated and it sent the two of you in a barren, desolate garden. spinel grabbed your wrist again and started pulling you down the stairs, she hasn't said a word over a few minutes.

then she pushed you and your back slammed onto a cracked pillar, you groaned and fell onto the dusty ground. spinel walked over to some bushes and ripped out vines that grown into the floors.
