spinel x v a m p i r e! reader

" spinel, would please go out and grab some radish from peridot's garden! i needed one more. "

pearl said from the kitchen, spinel stood up from the floor "yeah sure." she flicked the light switch before going out of the backdoor to see the fairly small but healthy garden of peridot's.

she's careful not to walk on anything as she can't handle why of peridot's scolding. as she reached the radishes, she bent over and grabbed the top with her two hands.

grunting, spinel strained to get the radish out of the ground "are you big or just heavy?" she grunted then the radish popped out of the ground and spinel stumbled a bit but she balanced herself.

then a clap made spinel froze "good job!" a voice said then a crunch. she slowly looked up to the nearby tree and there she saw someone sitting in one of the branches.

"wh- who are you?" she asked, the person giggled and took another bite out of the apple she's eating before dropping it to the ground.

"name's y/n sweetheart." you said as you swing your legs around, then you swung back and forth and landed in front of spinel making her back up and trip but you caught her in time.

"what's your name?" you said with slyness in your tone, spinel held the radish tightly, visibly shaking to be in front of a vampire.

"s- spinel..." she whispered, smiling, revealing your sharp fangs. "don't worry spinel, i wouldn't hurt a single hair on you." you said as you caressed her cheek softly.

"although, you have to leave that radish behind and your friends too." you pointed at the radish she's still holding. "mind if i?" you offered your hand to spinel, she looked down at your pale hands and slowly handed to you the radish.

you held the vegetable and hummed "that's a nice fertilizer you guys got there." instantly, you got in front of the backdoor and placed the radish in front of the door.

then you ran back to spinel, immediately carrying her bridal style. spinel screamed but you clasped your hand onto her mouth, hushing her.

"don't make a sound unless your friends won't be cooking that radish." you threatened as your eyes glowed bloody red "understand?" you said softly this time.

spinel slowly nodded and tears started to brim in her eyed "don't cry love, i'll take you to a better place." then your wings sprouted out of your back and flew out of there.

"spinel, what's taking so... long?" as pearl swung the door open to not see spinel anywhere in the garden. she looked up into the sky to see the vampire flying away with her.

"where's the radish?" amethyst asked as she pushed pearl aside, she bent down to picked the radish up from the ground. "spinel got abducted by a vampire." pearl said softly with her hand on her mouth.

"it's the radish's fault.." amethyst glared at the radish.
