" tell me why did you force me to come with you on this stupid trip of getting wood when you can just bring pops with you. "

you complained as your big brother made you get out of your room and get in the wilderness. your brother scoffed at you "you need at least some sunlight, look at you. you're like a ghost." you rolled at your eyes and sighed.

"whatever, let's get this over with." you said as your shoes crunched the dead leaves and twigs below you. the two of you kept walking even though there's trees ALL AROUND you.

"hey, why don't we just cut down a random tree which um i don't know.. oh yeah, ALL AROUND us!" you shouted, you can tell that your brother is getting irritated but he abruptly stopped making you hit his hard back.

"what's up?" you asked and got beside him to see someone standing ahead for us and their hair is.... moving.

"y/n, when i count to three, you run as fast as you can." your brother whispered to you "why? who's that?" you whispered back as you couldn't take your eyes off them.

"i'll explain later when we get home, for now just run." your body started trembling as you don't know if your brother is pulling your leg or if whatever that thing is, is real.

you slowly turn your body around, avoiding to make any sounds of crunching the leaves.

you took a deep breath, trying to store as much oxygen for your body to run faster.

"thr-"

you heard something hiss, you don't even care what or who made that noise but all you know is run for your life. you feet stomping the ground heavily and your chest rising rapidly as well as your breathing sharpening.

avoiding trees incoming to hit you, a sense of curiosity surged into you and it made you look back to see a girl with snakes for hair.

"oh fuck!!" you screamed and increased your speed, then without noticing, you went face to face with a tree and fall onto the ground hard.

a massive headache flushed over you and you're starting to lose conscious, footsteps nearing you started to blur out then you blacked out.

you snapped your eyes open and only see darkness, you figured you're wearing a blindfold or something. "where am i?! mama?! is this a febreze commercial??"

no answer is heard only your distinct voice of echoes, you're probably in a cave. then you tensed up as you heard hissing all around you, you can't figure out where to pinpoint the snake.

you struggled to stand up but your legs and hands are tied up, then a soft hand brushed your chin making you gasp and your breathing hitched.

"it's been a while since i get to feel a human. well... the non stoned ones." you frowned at her last sentence "medusa??" you asked, "that's not my name, it's spinel dumbass." she growled.

"okay well damn, don't need to be aggressive." you said as you tried to lean against the jagged cold cave walls. "umm... well, can you let me out now?" then spinel giggled at your statement.

"do i look like i'd ever let you go?"

"uhm... well no cause i don't see your face and don't plan to. i'm only gonna assume you want to let me go scot free." you grinned, spinel looked at you with a rose brow "you're a weird human."

"yeah i get that alot honey."

"you flattery and smooth talking isn't gonna get you anywhere toots." spinel hissed to your ears and you can feel her hair hissing too.

"aw.. i really thought it'd work." you said as nervousness started to sink in. spinel looked at you with a smirk
