you and steven swiftly turned your heads to spinel who's spinning steven's car keys. "what was that?" you asked as you wanna hear what she said again.

"uh..- let's go out for a drive!!" the gem said, steven looked unease. "spinel, you should probably let y/n drive if you're going to borrow my car...." but spinel scoffed.

"naahh! i wanna drive, now come on doll!" spinel clasps the keys in her palm and started pulling you to steven's car. she opened the passenger side door for you and bowed down "m'lady." you rolled your eyes playfully and got in.

spinel excitedly shoved the keys and turned it to ignition. "please don't crash my car." steven said to spinel, the gem grinned and patted steven's head.

"no promises." then she punched the gas and the car started speeding off. you have you body planted into the seat and that's a good thing, you hurriedly looked for the seatbelt and clasped it on.

"wh- slow down spinel!!" you said to her, but spinel kept her eyes locked onto the rode while handling the steering wheel tightly and continued to bury her foot onto the gas.

spinel drove to the highway out of beach city, thankfully. you looked to the side and saw the beautiful city, it almost calmed you down. almost.

"DEER!!!"

"yes y/n?"

you shook your head and pointed at the deer that is crossing the road, spinel swiftly maneuvered the car and cleanly avoided the animal.

you panted heavily and gripped the seatbelt tightly. "ay jusko santa maria, panginoon salbahin nyo ako." you mumbled in a foreign language.

"jeez calm down babydoll, i'ma master driver!!" spinel said with pride.

then she crashed into a tree.
