it has been weeks ever since that incident, steven wasn't able to bring back your eyes - but was able to stop the bleed - which was expected though you were hoping.

now live with the crystal gems since they advice that it'll be much much safer for me, steven lets you sleep in his bed while he sleeps next to lion or the downstairs couch.

you really don't want to cause then trouble taking care of you but they insist since spinel is still on the loose taking eyes for who know what reasons.

you're sitting silently on the bed, rubber the bedsheet in your fingers bored out of your mind. you still haven't removed the bandage and you don't plan to, you don't want people to see you hollow sockets.

"feeling comfortable?"
you gasped and raised your head as you know who that was, "w- what are you doing here...?" you said as you backed up but already met the wall.

"the window was open, i guess you wanted some fresh air." spinel said, she walked up to the bed and crawled towards you. you can feel the bed getting heavier as she gets closer to you.

you tried to get out of the bed but spinel grabbed your neck and pinned you down, you wanted to scream but she also has her other hand covering your mouth.

you shivered your felt spinel's hot breath against your ear "i'll always be here y/n, don't forget that." she whispered, then she leaned down towards your neck to lick you, you gulped and moved your legs to push her off.

which she did without you hitting her, "you're interesting y/n." spinel said as she licked her lips then laughed before going out of the same way she got in.

as silence overcame the room again, you slowly sat up and rubbed your neck feeling her saliva still in your neck. you cringed and wiped it off, what did you do to deserve this?

"y/n! are you here?" steven's voice called out from below. you cleared your throat "yeah, still up here." you replied, you sighed and ruffled your hair out of frustration.

when night finally came, steven is downstairs sleep with you in his bed as usual. it's been hard to sleep soundly, it's like your body is always in a fight or flight mode, it's exhausting.

as the soft cold breeze enters the room with the curtains swaying lightly, a looming shadow covered the moonlight that is shining upon you.

when the moment you can finally relax, it was thrown out of the window as you went the bed move and your body was aggressive faced up.

you were about to scream when something soft slammed onto your lips, you figured it's lips. you tried to push whoever is on top of you but then as your hand felt the cold gemstone embedded in her chest.

your heart sank as spinel's back, then she pulled away. she chuckled and caressed your cheek light, you pulled away from her touch and growled at her.

"feisty. this should be fun." she smirked.
