How Much Did You Hear?

Soon the bedroom filled with joyous sounds of ecstasy as Tommy tried his best to please Paul. He hope the sounds were a good sign. After awhile, Paul let out one last moan and closed his eyes. He needed to catch his breath before returning the favor.

Soon after Tommy was satisfied, Paul was lying on the bed covered with a sheet. His phone rang startling him. "Hello?"

As he waited for the person on the other end to speak, he stroked Tommy's hair as his boyfriend laid on him.

"Paul, next time try to keep the noise down!" laughed Gene. "I was on your front porch and heard everything." Gene continued to laugh as Tommy turned red and slid under the blanket. Paul responded by letting out a string of curse words towards Gene.

"What the hell were you doing over here anyway? Spying!?"

"No, I had come over to ask if you wanted to go to dinner with me and Eric."

"Oh God, Eric heard too?" cried Paul. "Good lord we'll never live it down now."

"Aww, I'll take care of Kitty Kat." laughed Gene. "He won't have the energy to talk later."

Rolling his eyes, Paul hammered out the details of dinner and hung up. He hoped Eric didn't tease Tommy about it later. "Do you feel like dinner? You really haven't eaten much."

Tommy nodded his consent and slid out of bed. He headed to take another shower and dress. Paul used his bathroom to do the same.

At dinner later, Tommy wrote down what he wanted and handed the paper to Paul. He had decided to skip the pain pill until later.

"Do you want just pancakes and oatmeal?" "Nothing else?"

Tommy pointed to the soup menu and indicated he wanted tomato. He also added a grilled cheese sandwich.

Gene ordered the biggest steak on the menu with fries. Eric followed suite and Paul opted for a vegetarian pizza and salad.

After they all had their food, Tommy felt his jaw start hurting again. He tried to concentrate on eating first. About half way through, he  felt nauseated. Pulling on Gene's sleeve, he pointed to the bathroom.

Paul had the pain pills so he followed Tommy. "Baby? Do you need a painkiller?"

A weak 'no' came out as Tommy emerged from stall number one. He was pale and sweaty. After washing his face, Tommy followed Paul back to the table. Gene and Eric had switched to the chairs so Tommy could lay on the bench. Gene rolled his jacket up for a pillow and Paul covered him up with his and Eric's.

"Sorry." he whispered hoarsely.

"It's okay." said the three together.

Finally the nausea passed and Tommy managed to finish the oatmeal and pancakes. He passed on the rest of the grilled cheese and soup.

On the way home, Paul let Tommy lay in his lap and rest.

"Do you feel like watching t.v?"

"Yes." came the hoarse whisper.

At the house, Paul and Tommy changed to pajamas and got in bed to watch a movie.
