"Eric, our flight's been delayed." sighed Gene. "Again!"
"Again! Damn!" replied Eric. "We've been stuck in this damned airport since yesterday. The twins are restless, I'm starving and you are getting on my nerves!" "Fuck off!"
"Why don't I see if I can rent a car? We can take turns driving."
"Ummm, I kinda lost my license last week. I can't drive for six months. Too many speeding tickets." mumbled Eric.
Gene looked at Eric in shock "That means you can't go to Cancun, dumbass. Your i.d has to be valid like your passport." "This is just fucking great!"
"Don't call me a dumbass." "I have a valid i.d. I just can't use it to drive."
Gene walked off cursing under his breath. "I'm engaged to a dumbass!"
Eric flipped him off as he hunted for change. "God damn! I don't even have that!" He finally found a 5$ bill and headed towards the vending machine, pushing the twins.
Gene found a rental and was filling out paperwork. He wanted to cuss Eric out but kept focused on the papers. "1000?" he yelled. "To rent a damned car!"
Cussing Eric under his breath, he paid and got the keys. "Come on, I found one."
"Not until you apologize." Eric crossed his arms and waited.
"I'm so so sorry for calling you a dumbass. Now, let's go!"
Once they were on the road, Eric just stared out the window. "Geneie, I think those vending machine chips made me sick." Eric rolled the window down and threw up. "Yuck."
"You okay?" "Sure you're not knocked up again like Tom?"
"No."
They arrived in Cancun twelve hours later, a sick Eric and a sleepy Gene.
