At the Phoenix venue, the stage set up was already in full swing. The driver parked and exited after opening the doors.

"Paul, is it okay if I go straight to the hotel?" asked Tommy.

"If you're meeting Jaime, I expect you to be at the dressing room area at six. You still have to get ready."

Tommy turned red before hurrying off the bus.

Paul let out a sigh as he gathered his things. Going over to the other two, he told them.

"Will he be there?" asked Gene.

"Yes."

At the hotel, Tommy headed to his room and opened the door. His boyfriend was there, waiting.

"I'm sorry I was such an idiot." murmured Jaime.

"Yeah, you were. "                                                                                                                                                                   ..............................................................................................................................................................

At the venue, Paul watched the clock. "It's five fifty nine. Where is  our guitarist?"

Tommy poked his head out of the dressing room. "I got here at five thirty."

"You can screw in an hour?" wondered Gene.

"We were working on our relationship! Wow!" came Tommy's voice.

"Better hide that love bite then." smirked Eric.

"Shut up."

After the concert, Paul grabbed Tommy's arm as the curtain fell. "Did he hurt you?"

Tommy looked down at the stage. "N-n-not r-r-really."

"Did he leave a hickey or is that a bruise? It looks like fingerprints."

"T-t-teeth." squeaked Tommy. "C-c-can I go now?"

Paul let go of his arm and headed to his dressing room. He knew the signs all too well. Sighing, he pulled Gene aside to talk to him.

"Are you sure, Paul?"

"Not 100%, but fairly."

"Do we need to ask him?"

................................................................................................................................................................Tommy didn't talk much the rest of the tour. He answered when spoken to but didn't strike up a conversation.

He still kept in contact with Jaime but the tone was different. Whenever Tommy would hang up, he immediately would stare out the window or open a book.
