Tommy looked up as Paul walked in and bent down in front of him. "Come on baby. I just want you to feel better. " "I wanted you to rest so I could take care of you." "Please let me." "Give me your hand."
Tommy reached up and let Paul pull him to his feet. "I guess I can rest." "Do you still love me?"
"Why wouldn't I?"
"Because Hannah's--"
"Yes, she is. Now sh." "She's mine." "Got it?"
Tommy had so many guilty feelings still that Paul wondered if he would ever recover from them. He knew that Tommy still had secrets he was hiding about his ex and how extensive the relationship was. He also knew that Tommy would always feel guilty about Hannah so he vowed to never let him be alone too long.
After getting Tommy settled, Paul headed back downstairs only to be met by Gene. "I have to drop them off now. Eric's pissed off and I gotta go." "I kinda said something that put me on the couch."
Paul laughed as Gene bolted out the door.
Either Gene or Eric had dressed the girls like little tigers which Paul found adorable. He took them upstairs to show Tommy. "Look, baby."
Tommy looked up as he wiped his tears away. "OOH!"
Sitting down, Paul talked softly to his husband about how much he loved him and his family. "I know you're very emotional right now. I want you know I LOVE YOU and will always do so." "When you feel better, we'll go out as a family to dinner."
"Could we tonight?" asked Tommy as he drifted off. Paul kissed his cheek and went to feed the girls.
He headed to the bathroom later and found the test in the trash. Picking it up, he saw the positive.
