Since their plane didn't leave until 10, Paul suggested eating breakfast at the airport so they could already be there. He had taken Tommy's bags to the car and was now helping him tie his shoes and fix his hair.

"Are you ready?"

"Sure." replied Tommy. "I just need to get my jacket." He pulled it on and headed to the car. He had just started wearing his wedding ring again.

"Tom, open up please. Talk to me."

"Nothing to talk about. I'm fine." "I'll just be glad when I can board."

Paul thought that was the strangest thing he had heard from Tommy. "Any reason why?"

"Yeah! So I can sleep. I couldn't sleep last night." he snapped. "Sorry." "I'm just tired."

Paul sighed and pulled into the airport parking lot. "Do you want me to wake you up when we land?"

"No, I want to be woken up about an hour before. I feel like crying." he said.

"I know baby. You're feeling emotional right now. It's okay."

Paul took his husband into a hug and just held him. "Sh." "Please talk to me."

Tommy started crying for no reason. He didn't want Paul to let go. "You're too good to me."

Taking Tommy's chin, he looked him in the eyes. "Sh." "I love you." "Let's go eat now. I'm starving."

Tommy wiped his eyes and followed Paul inside. He didn't want to tell him he was having morning sickness again.
