Waiting for Consent

Paul kissed his boyfriend for several minutes before pulling away. He looked at Tommy as he began to kick off his shoes and undo his shirt buttons. "I'll wait until you give me consent to do anything further." "In the meantime, I'm going to change and get comfortable, alright?"

"S-s-s-sure. I-i-it's fine." whispered Tommy. He wanted to but at the same time, he didn't.

In the bathroom, Paul peeled off everything but his boxers before pulling on pajama pants. He honestly wished Tommy didn't wear full pajamas over his t-shirt but he knew it made him feel secure. 

In the bedroom, Tommy had taken off his boots and was about to unbutton his shirt when Paul came back in. swallowing hard, he gave a single nod and quickly disappeared into the bathroom.

Paul sat down and opened his suitcase, pulling out a smaller bag. He carefully placed the items near the bed and waited on Tommy.

Finally the younger guitarist came out and sat down on the bed. He shyly reached for Paul's hand and placed a kiss on his cheek.

"Baby, I'm going to give you some lessons in love-making.  These are used at times, indicating  the items he had laid out.  Stop me when you start to feel uncomfortable or nervous." "I promise I won't get mad."

Nodding silently, Tommy hoped he wouldn't start crying or freak out.

Paul began showing him different things, patiently explaining what they were for. Tommy wasn't comfortable enough yet to let them be used on him. Paul settled for simple kissing and touching. 

While lying in Paul's arms, Tommy quietly asked if Paul thought he was acting like  baby. 

"No, not at all. I was the same way when Pete and I first shared a bed. I actually freaked out so much Pete had to go get Gene to calm me down. " "Needless to say, I was so embarrassed I didn't even want to share a room for awhile."

Tommy laid on Paul's chest and let Paul hold him. He realized he hadn't taken any muscle relaxers beforehand. 

"Paul, I didn't take anything beforehand." 

Paul didn't tell Tommy he had gotten rid of them earlier. "That's a good first step." he replied.

The two of them fell asleep shortly afterwards.
