"Gene, I really need to talk to you." said Paul as he called from the grocery store line. "I think I'm going to be a father."
"WHAT?! YOU SLEPT WITH SOMEONE AND GOT HER PREGNANT! WHAT THE HELL!!!"
"No, loudmouth. I did not sleep with a woman. I think Tommy is . My God!"
"Tommy's a woman?" asked Eric.
"NO!" shouted Paul before he hung up and walked out.
On the other end, Gene swore Paul had said that Tommy had slept with a woman but Eric thought Paul had said Tommy was actually a woman. They called Bruce to clarify and got hung up on.
In the car, Paul realized he would feel weird asking Tommy to take the pregnancy test. "Maybe the bloodwork results are in there somewhere."
He headed home to check on Tommy. Walking inside, he heard his husband throwing up. "Tom, baby?" "You okay?"
A muffled response from the bathroom was his answer. "Paulie, I'm sick."
Paul hurried into the bathroom to check on Tommy. He found him huddled over the sink.
After he finished throwing up, Paul got him into bed and covered up.
"Rest."
"Paul, I feel horrible. Could you take me to the emergency room if I don't feel better later?'
"Yes."
About one thirty, Tommy woke up and headed straight back to the bathroom.
