During Dinner

After finally getting the twins untangled from hair and necklaces, Eric and Gene were able to lay them down in their carriers. Eric rubbed his neck. "God, those two have a grip."

Gene looked up from the menu to see Draco trying to eat the napkin. "No."

Draco let out an ear piercing scream in protest causing everyone to look over. 

"Sh. Sh." Eric soothed. He glared at Gene who had taken the napkin away. "Sh."

Bruce was trying not to laugh as Pat turned red from holding in his laughter. "Looks like you two are in for some fun times." snorted Paul. He let out a squeal as Taylor smacked his bracelets. Aurora grabbed at his belt. Hannah reached out to Tommy who picked her up. 

"Sh, sweetheart." he soothed. "It's okay." He rocked her gently as he read through the menu.

Paul took the menu Tommy gave him and squeezed his hand. "Did you decide?"

"I'm not too hungry. I'll just take a chef salad and a bowl of soup." "Could I have a glass of wine?"

"I'd rather you not. " "What about something else?"

"Just one?" "Please?"

Paul glanced up at Bruce who shook his head. "Tom."

Tommy ordered water after not wanting to create a scene. He held on to Hannah to keep his hands from shaking.

Putting his arm around Tommy's shoulders, Paul whispered in his ear and handed off Hannah to Pat. "We'll be right back." he led Tommy outside. "I don't want to hurt the baby, okay?" "If the doctor says it's okay, then I'll let you."

Bowing his head, Tommy agreed and wrapped his arms around himself. "I'm cold."

Paul led his husband back inside and to the table. He asked for some hot tea for Tommy to drink. "Here baby." He held the cup for Tommy. Their food soon came. Gene and Eric had a huge plate each. Bruce could smell the fish and made a face. He changed places.

Pat and Bruce each ordered the steak special. Paul had opted for the same. Tommy lost his appetite when his nose was hit with all the smells at once. He tried to eat.
