Paul's cell rang around eleven, scaring Aurora when it started whistling. Grabbing it, Paul finished feeding the tiny blonde firecracker. She loudly protested being disturbed. Her fussing set off Taylor who joined in. Tommy took the phone and answered.
Hannah just waited quietly to be fed. Taylor used her fist to pop Paul in the nose while Aurora pulled his hair. He made a face when she yanked his earring.
"Gene invited us to an early Christmas dinner at Appleby's .It's at five....today."
Paul agreed as he set Taylor in the crib so he could stand up. Hannah took her bottle quietly as Paul changed the other two and dressed them in matching outfits. He had Hannah's ready soon. "I'll change her if you want to shower."
Tommy nodded and headed to the shower. He noticed his hair was almost down to his waist. It was pulled into a very messy ponytail because it hurt too much to try and reach back to fix it.
Coming in, Paul took the hairbrush and gently brushed it for Tommy. "Better?" "It's so curly and soft." Paul let Tommy shower while he got the girls' bag ready. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine."
At four, they headed out. Bruce met them at four fifteen and Pat pulled in at four thirty. Gene had Delilah in tow wearing a blue sleeper with snowflakes while Eric carried Draco in wearing a matching one.
The eleven of them were seated at a large table. Draco was asleep on Gene's shoulder, his hands wrapped in his hair. Delilah had hold of Eric's necklaces and was pulling on them.
The triplets were asleep. Tommy leaned on Paul, their hands clasped together under the table.
After ordering their appetizers, drinks were sipped.
