After getting back to the hotel, Tommy headed to the bathroom to soak in the tub while Paul ordered room service. "Hey, baby? Do you want tacos?"

"I'm craving Chinese but if you can't find any I guess tacos are fine."

"Spanish rice?"

"Sure."

Paul found a small take -out restaurant that had Chinese food so he hurried down to get Tommy some. When he got back, Tommy was in bed propped up. "Ooh, thanks baby!"
"My feet are killing me!"

After eating all the rice and sweet/sour chicken, Tommy asked Paul if they could watch t.v. and cuddle. "I really want more but I hurt too bad."

Paul told his husband to lay on his side and he'd give him a massage. "I know you're hurting baby. Just relax."

Tommy suddenly jumped as his back spasmed. His eyes filled with tears and he cried out.

Paul stopped in mid-rub and looked at him in shock. "What happened?!"

"My back spasmed up! It hurts!" whimpered Tommy.

Paul hurried to the bathroom to get a hot towel. He came back with a heating pad and rolled Tommy over on it. "Sh, just lay on it and let me help you."

Gripping Paul's hand tightly, Tommy cried out in pain until the spasm eased up. "It hurt so bad!"

Paul gave Tommy a strong dose of aspirin and rubbed his back until he fell asleep. Adjusting the heating pad, he laid it on the bed in a towel and placed Tommy on top. Covering him up, he moved to the other bed and settled down for the evening.

Tommy only slept three hours before waking up again and crying out. He looked for Paul and tried standing up. "Paul!" "Paul!"

"Sh, sweetheart, I'm right here." Paul took Tommy in his arms and held him. "Sh."

Finally the spasms stopped and both of them were able to go back to sleep. Tommy was still sleeping when Paul opened the door for room service the next morning.

He had eaten, showered and dressed when Tommy finally opened his eyes.
