Knowing he had messed up badly, Paul got up extra early to make an apology breakfast. He had found an Irish cookbook and was determined to make an Irish breakfast for his boyfriend.

Around nine, a very hungover Tommy stumbled into the kitchen and sat down. His eyes were bloodshot and his head was pounding. "Paul? "

"Look baby, I'm sorry about yesterday. It's all my fault." "I know you're a very introverted person and I shouldn't have threatened to pry. Forgive me?"

"Yes, after I die." mumbled Tommy. "God, I think I sampled every whiskey bottle in stock." He smelled the delicious breakfast Paul set in front of him. "An Irish breakfast?" "You forgot the baked beans."

"No, I didn't. I don't like them so I don't stock them."

"Fair enough. Ewww! Mushrooms and cabbage!"

"I'll eat those then. You eat everything else."

They ate almost all of the breakfast and drank coffee instead. Afterwards, Tommy washed the dishes and cleaned up before heading to the shower.

He felt better afterwards so he joined Paul on the porch. "Look, I shouldn't have blown up at you. If I wasn't such an immature brat, I would have realized my reasonings for having issues about vacation might be hindering to us both."

"Baby, all I'm concerned about is your well-being. I have little to no clues about your past relationship so I don't know when or if I do something wrong. That sets you off a lot and I'm sorry." "When you're ready to tell me, I'm here. I don't want to ever hurt you."

"Paul, I'm sorry but I don't know if I can ever tell you."

"I understand." "When do you want to leave for Ireland?"

Tommy's eyes lit up as he looked up. "Are you sure?"

"Yes."

"How soon can we get tickets and make reservations?!"

Tommy was excited the rest of the day.
