OBSIDIAN POV:

After Lita left to go down to dinner I didnt bother going to meet the rest of them. What's the point? I just sit there, eat then come back to my room and stay there.

I had cleaned up all the broken glass and everything that I had broken in my episode. Caspian didn't yell or scream at me which I was slightly happy for.

The book in my hands that I stole from Litas room started to feel heavy in my hands. Words started to blur together. I didn't read much but when I got bored enough I would.

I sat the book down to my left on my bed rubbing my eyes. I looked at the clock on the wall seeing it wasn't even nine yet. The ship rocked as a wave it the side.

I sat up putting on my shoes. I needed some fresh air especially since everyone was asleep or below deck. Lita hadn't come thorough to get to her room which was normal meaning she was probably still below deck with the others.

Opening the first door walking through Caspians clean room to the door leading to the main deck. I opened it to not see anyone. I didnt walk far onto the deck only far enough to go the edge.

I was opening the pack of cigarettes when something caught the corner of my eye. I turned my head to see two people. Their back were turned to me but it didn't take a genius to figure out what was happening.

"Did you really just kiss me?" I straightend up at the sound of her voice.

"You kissed back." I would know that voice from a mile away. I kissed my teeth throwing the pack of cigarettes into the ocean and walking back to my room. I slammed the second door truly only seeing red.

"Fucking Colby." His name was like poison when coming out of my mouth. I did the only thing I could think of.

Punching the wall at full force over, and over again. I gritted my teeth and hit harder.

She's just a girl.

I only punched harder as my thoughts invaded my mind.

The pain went up my arm into my shoulder. My knuckles were busted and bleeding.

"Fucking Lita." Rage fueled my fire and I picked up the nearest object-which happened to be a vase-throwing it against the wall. The glass shattered almost hitting me, but I didn't move.

I slammed my hand against the wall.

Fuck my feelings.

Fuck her.

Fuck it all.

Something in me snapped in those moments. That little bit of me that cared for Lita Lovis died and was buried six feet under.

She made her damn choice.

I kissed my teeth before rubbing my face with my hand ignoring the pain.

NORMAL POV:

Lita put her hands up to her lips. She didn't know why she kissed him back. She didn't know why she let it happen. Maybe it was because she wanted to know what it felt like? Maybe it was because she trusted Colby? Or maybe, her mind was clouded and she regrets what she did.

Lita looked at Colby taking a small step back.

"Why did you do that?" Her voice once again came out as a whisper. Some reason her voice couldn't go any higher.

"I've had feelings for you for years Lita. I pushed them down for this damn mission, but why should I." He laughed looking in her eyes.

"Whats stopping this?" Lita shook her head biting her lip.
