The interior design of the hall was a standard one with a colour combination of dark blue and white. The sofa's in the hall were dark blue. The table in the middle was in a dark blue with a transparent glass over it. The tiles in the hall were white. The wall was also painted white. There were several great paintings on the walls. There was also a large television in front of the sofas. They had it to discuss and talk about the cases and for news and etc.
On one of the walls, there was only one photo frame that was quite big. It had a photo of the back of some woman with long hair. The background was dark as it was night in it and there were some words written in there. That photo had a lonely vibe as the words were, ' Justice Delayed Is The Justice Denied'
The wall upward was painted in dark blue. There were air conditioners in every room. It looked very standard and systematic. It was quite pleasing to the eyes. It was personally designed by Victoria herself. When she earned enough, she did it.
Of course, she didn't defend every client for free. Those who have the capability to pay would have to pay and those who couldn't, they would be told to pay in the coming year. Victoria charged her clients the proper fee. She didn't ask them for more and more as her fame increased. She only asked the amount she invested in collecting evidence. That's why she was respected by each and every one of her clients. Of course, she didn't ask them for money if she was injured. Let alone ask, she didn't even tell her clients if she got injured.
The larger room in the compartment was her office. There was her desk and chair. On the table, her nameplate made of glass was put in the front. There was also the black iMac pro with the keyboard and mouse on it. There was a large bookshelf on the wall behind her. It was beautifully designed. She also had apple Airpods Max and Airpods pro in the office. She was living quite a luxurious life but she always felt that something is missing in her life. She wasn't exactly satisfied with her life.
First, she couldn't forget the fact that she ran away from home and the other thing was she still couldn't escape the feeling of helplessness when a client of her suicide. Some survive but some dies.
Before becoming a lawyer, she had a very wonderful life. Her parents were wealthy and came from a very respected family. They had a great reputation. Her family was considered the nobles of the country. Of course, as they had quite a reputation in the country, they had a lot of social events to attend like auctions and ball parties. However, she actually didn't like to attend social parties. When she was a child, she went there a lot with her mother but as she grew up, she came to hate it. She stopped going there and firmly refused anyone who invited her. Her parents loved her quite a lot. She was their first child and only daughter. They didn't force her as they thought she would go to the parties herself when the time comes.
That's why her face was not known in the high society but they knew about her name and what she was doing. They knew what she was studying and some other little things but they could never know that this Victoria Helson was that one who didn't like to show her face and the one who didn't have anything outstanding or unique except that she was beautiful.
Now, Victoria was quite different from before. She changed her hairstyle. Before she had long waist-length hair but now she had a short bob cut They were originally wavy but she would usually straighten them. Her dressing changed. Before she only used to wear dresses and jeans shirts with coats but now she usually wears suits and office wears. But the thing that changed the most about her was her temperament. Before she was quite a straightforward, frank, cheerful and talkative person but now she was very cold with a poker face and you never know what she is thinking about. She wouldn't talk unless it's necessary and kept her world to herself.
Before she usually used to hang out with her school friends and college friends but now, she didn't have any friends. She broke off her contact with her friends from the past and her new friends like the one in whose business she invested in always invited her to hang out but she rejected them each and every time.
If her family ever saw her, they would surely ask,' Are you the same person?!'
