Chapter 96: Wedding Day 5.

" Victoria, may I have the honour of loving you, respecting you, caring for you, protecting you and staying with you till death do us apart? Even though I won't be able to let you go, but if you want to go, I won't cage you. You're a free bird who doesn't belong to anyone. You can fly high in the sky. I just want to be your companion in your journey. I just want to watch over you and protect you from those who want to cage you. Please let me have the honour of loving you for however long I am alive!"

He spoke slowly but very deeply. He was so serious that no one dared to make any noise. His eyes held such an affectionate gaze that Victoria felt herself drowning in them. She loved him. And so she was willing to do something she never thought she would. She was willing to believe in a man.

Oscar didn't want to babble a lot. All he wanted was to let Victoria hear his heartfelt words. They might not be much different from what the others say but all he wanted was to show his sincerity and loyalty to Victoria. He wanted her to be sure about him.

Victoria nodded emotionally without breaking away from his stare. They both prepared the vows but didn't know about each other. Victoria was surprised at first but then warmth flowed into her heart.

Oscar really left no stone unturned. He was too good to be true and sometimes that makes her doubt the reality. However, he would always be there to prove her. He was one of the greatest gifts of God that she has received.

" Bride, you may recite your vow too."

Oscar's eyes widened a little hearing that as he looked at her. He was surprised.

Victoria took a deep breath before she started. She knew very well how insecure Oscar was about her feelings for him. She was conflicted to put him in such an abyss. Today, at their most significant moment of life, she wanted to prove her love to him.

" Oscar, I only want to say one thing to you. I am a person who can only love once, marry once and die once. If I choose you, then it will be you and only you. I am just not capable of having someone other than you. Today, in front of so many people, all I want to say to you is that... "

Victoria's gaze turned deeper as she started into Oscar's deep eyes. Then she spoke every word in the most genuine way. She spoke with such a strong conviction as she was dedicating herself to their future.

" Oscar, I hereby swear to love you and stay with you until the last breath of my life."

Oscar's eyes went red. To see someone you love is loving you back so deeply was something very few and lucky people got. He never thought he would be one of them. He didn't even know if he deserved it or not but all he cares about was that she loved him. Just knowing that makes him go crazy.

" Well then, Mr Oscar Sebastian, do you take Ms Victoria Helson, the daughter of Wick Samuelson, as your lawfully wedded wife?"

" I gladly do."

" Ms Victoria Helson, do you take Mr Oscar Sebastian, the son of Mr Andrew Sebastian, as your lawfully wedded husband?"

" Yess~ "

Then two little girls from opposite sides walk with the ring on a cushion. Oscar carefully pulled up her veil. Her beautiful face made his heart race. All he wanted was to look at her endlessly.

Finally, he took the ring and put it on Victoria with trembling hands.

Then Victoria took the ring and lovingly put it on, Oscar. They held their hands and looked at each other affectionately.

Oscar gently bend down and pecked her on the corner of her lips. He didn't like being intimate in public. He wanted no one to see how beautiful she was at that moment.

The priest smiled and took out their marriage certificate. As he showed it to them, he said.

" Congratulations Mr and Mss Sebastian. I now pronounce you as husband and wife!"

When they saw their long-awaited marriage certificate which was proof of reality, Oscar and Victoria felt emotional.

This whole wedding went so emotional that they cried severely times. But love beats it all.
