Chapter 99: Wedding Night.

It was only a light innocent peck. Victoria didn't dare go any further because she wouldn't be able to stop then. She pulled back and smiled which was seductive in Oscar's eyes.

" No Oscar. I don't want to change clothes or drink water. Rather... I want to take a bath." 

Hearing the way she talked constricted something inside him as he felt his blood boiling. He clenched his fist as he spoke.

" I'll... Prepare the bath for you."

 Hearing that, Victoria held him tighter and rubbed his hair as she said in a barely audible voice.

" Accompany me, Oscar."

A tsunami went through his eyes before he finally calmed down and looked seriously into her eyes. 

" Don't regret it later. If you want to back down, you still have a chance."

Victoria chuckled charmingly. 

" Bring it on."

Oscar said no more and picked her up as he walked to the bathroom. Despite the way she talked, Victoria was naturally nervous. It was her first time. Meanwhile, Oscar was no better. 

They both felt that the other has never been in a relationship but they never confronted each other about that. So they both didn't know that it was their first time until the moment came. 

Oscar was never hesitant or scared about anything but with her, he was sweating buckets. He was extremely gentle and careful with her.

The night passed and it was dawn. They both didn't wake up until 10 AM. Last night and their wedding exhausted them so bad that they still didn't have enough rest.

Oscar was the first one to wake up. He woke up earlier than Victoria around 9:45 am. His dazed eyes cleared when he felt someone in his arms. His eyes quickly diverted to that person and when he saw her, his eyes were instantly filled with love.

After gazing at her for a while, Oscar planned to go and make breakfast but he stopped. Even though he knew she would be hungry as soon as she woke up, he didn't go. 

Only because he wanted to be the first person she sees when she woke up. It may not mean much to others but for him personally, he felt that waking up and seeing your beloved person the first thing in the morning and seeing that same person before going to sleep is what makes their life meaningful. And especially this morning. He didn't wanna leave her alone.

Sometime after ten, Victoria's eyelashes fluttered open. They were dazed and sleepy. She didn't have enough rest. She was still very tired.

The first thing she did was feel around her arms subconsciously. And when she felt someone's warmth beside her, her eyes brightened and she seems to have gained some energy as her eyes finally darted upwards and towards her most beloved person.

When her eyes came into contact with his loving deep gaze, she was enchanted. She never knew how amazing it would be to wake up at your lover's side but now that she experienced it first-hand, she felt addicted to this all.

"You're already awake?" Victoria snuggled closer to him though they were already wrapped around each other. She intimately touched his cheek as she mumbled this.

" Hmm."

A sweet smile formed on her face hearing his charming voice. He was so adorable and kind that she can't help but love him.

" Are you hungry?" Oscar asked gently.

" Hmm? Don't know. Maybe." Victoria doesn't realise if she is hungry or not until she starts eating. Her stomach only growls when she is too hungry.

Oscar smiled helplessly and rubbed her hair.

" Then I'll go and make breakfast for us." After saying that, he gently pecked her on the forehead and got up. His naked chest and firm muscles were Vicall in her view. She couldn't help appreciating his body.

As Oscar was about to stand up from the bed, Victoria suddenly hugged him from behind. He looked back and his eyes wavered a little seeing her wrapped in the quilt. She was too charming for him.

" What's wrong?" He asked indulgently.

" I wanna go together with you."

"It's okay. Rest more. I don't want you to feel tired."

" No. I have enough rest for today. Moreover, I wanna be with you."

In the end, Oscar had to give in to her. He was also feeling reluctant to be without her. He felt like he was being too much but when she said that, he realized that he wasn't the only one.

After having a refreshing bath, they both wore comfortable casual clothes and came to the kitchen.

They made breakfast together. Oscar noticed that Victoria seems to be able to eat more in breakfast than lunch or dinner. Therefore, he started making rice dishes or such for the breakfast. He was glad that Victoria didn't reject it. 

Their dishes were mostly light. Even if there are some tasty heavy dishes, they will mostly have them in lunch. Only the festivals or parties and things like that were the exceptions.

They ended up making plain fried rice without any sauce or spices. They just added nutritious vegetables to it like french beans, capsicum, peas, and broccoli. In the end, they just added enough salt to make it tasty with some sprinkles of black pepper. In side dishes, they prepared homemade french fries and fried eggplant. They also sprinkled salt on french fries and fried eggplant. 

" I've washed the vegetables. Let me see what you can do. Peeling seems good but you can still get hurt. Maybe you should take out the utensils and oil."

" Wait. Calm down. You didn't even wear an apron."

" I forgot."

"It's okay. Let's first wear the apron." Victoria already wore hers. She went behind Oscar and helped in tying it. After she was done tying it, she gently hugged him from behind and said softly.

" I'll peel the potatoes and cut them. I'll also handle the eggplant. I will also help with other things. As for your worry, you don't need to. I am not a child and can handle these small tasks. Alright?"
